I placed a very straight forward order on the app for pickup, basic ham and & turkey w green peppers and EXTRA onions plus some sauce. I even put “extra onions” in the notes section because I’d rather have too many than too little, especially when a 6” costs $10 these days but I digress. I pickup my food and soon realize I taste no onions. I open my sandwich and I kid you not there is only a couple slivers of onions plus no green peppers… I went to the app to try and get a refund since that’s how I paid but no luck. After reading these reviews I can tell this was a spiteful thing and not an accident because this location sucks all around. I would rather use my gas to double back from the second closest location than to place another order here, will never spend my money here again and I urge nobody else too either.

I had a very specific online order. I asked for toasted, extra jalapeños, ranch, salt, pepper & vinaigrette. None of these happened. What is the purpose of adding a special note if you Will NOT read it. OMG it’s a simple instruction can’t even follow it?

I come in to order a sandwich, I'm usually greeted by a "hello, welcome! what can I get started for you today?". instead, I'm treated to complete silence and utter contempt by the person who would unfortunately be making my sandwich today. I feel the environment become hostile as the person who was on the other side of the sandwich counter did not look welcoming, so I wanted to keep it short and simple. honestly, I wanted to get out quickly for they gave off a hostile vibe and a threatening demeanor. i just wanted a sandwich, not an attitude, but this person decided to emulate that. anyway, i started ordering my sandwich, the person did not seem pleased with my tone all of a sudden. i'm speaking normally and just saying what i want on my sandwich. "i want grilled chicken, wheat footlong, provolone cheese and toasted".the person takes my sandwich after adding the meats and cheese to my sandwich. then tosses my sandwich into the toaster oven, making it splash and losing some of the meat and cheese in the process. i mean that literally and not figuratively. they pull it out and ask what i want on it with a hostile demeanor. "i would like lettuce, cucumbers, pickles and chipotle sauce on it". the person starts putting on the lettuce, i have to tell them multiple times to put on more cucumber. this seemed to anger the person and they decided to punish me by throwing in an avalanche of pickles. i tell them to please remove some of it because i don't want that much pickles. they begin removing some of the pickles and then suddenly move on to sauces. there is still to much pickles and i keep telling them to remove it and then they interrupt me by pouring on a little chipotle. i ask for more and then they decided to pour an avalanche of chipotle on my sandwich. i'm still asking them to remove the avalanche of pickles and now i have to tell them to remove the avalanche of chipotle from my sandwich. honestly, this person was sabotaging my sandwich on purpose at this point. so i decided to pay for it because i did not want to deal with this person anymore. they need to be fired because all i wanted was a sandwich and common courtesy. but i couldn't get either and now i get to eat the soggy, over-pickled sandwich for 17 dollars from subway. if this person is the best subway can do, no wonder jimmy-johns is better.i'll just go to them to make my sandwiches from now on.

We had a coupon for three footlongs for $17.99, with a few exceptions. We ordered one meatball, one teriyaki chicken and one chicken BACON ranch. "Rotisserie or chunk chicken?" she asked. My husband chose rotisserie. (no mention of a different price) Our $17.99 sandwiches came to $23.95, because there was a $3.80 upcharge for the BACON on the chicken BACON ranch sandwich. Apparently when he ordered the chicken BACON ranch sandwich he hadn't mentioned that he wanted the chicken BACON ranch ELITE, so they charged us for a rotisserie chicken sub with $3.80 worth of bacon on that chicken BACON ranch sandwich.

I had placed an online order on Dec. 29th and went to the Subway location to pick it up. Only one employee was working in the store, which was in total disarray, order receipts piling up on the floor and the employee was agitated and verbally abusive to myself and the only other customer in the store. I asked about my order and the employee said it wasn't made yet and that they were behind and may have lost the order. I asked if I could get a refund since they had not made the food and the employee responded "no". Upon asking for the refund, the employee shouted at myself and the other customer to leave the store. The employee stumbled and fell from behind the counter appearing to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Fearing for my safety, I fled the store with the other customer as the employee cursed at us. While outside I contacted local police to perform a welfare check on the employee. After giving the dispatcher some information, the police arrived at the store. I was told after my boyfriend obtained the store manager's contact information that the police arrived and the store manager was called to the store that same day. On January 5th, my boyfriend spoke to the manager and she explained that the employee in-question was disciplined and that she would process a refund for our order. When my boyfriend told her that it was an online (mobile) order and gave her the information, she said that those refunds "must go through corporate" and said she had to contact the franchise owner to assist with this, who was on vacation at the time of the phone call. That was on January 5th and still we never have been contacted back by the manager or corporate through the customer service form. It has now been over a month with nothing. Further attempts to reach the magnet at the store have been unsuccessful and the other employees at the store have been unable to help with this matter.

I took my wife by Subway where she ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. The worker asked, "Do you want any other vegetables in it?" My wife, Karen answers, "No, just a regular Philly cheesesteak sandwich. She comes out to the car and unwraps it, to just find meat in a crumply bun. She goes back in and clarifies that she meant she didn't want any extra veggies besides what comes in a classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich, (meat, cheese & onions). The female worker proceeds to argue with her about her order. Karen asks if she can just add cheese and onions. The worker says that she would need to buy another sandwich. So, I go inside to calmly try to clarify the situation. The worker exclaims angrily that my wife threw the sandwich at her so she threw it in the garbage. I tell her I was watching the entire time and that Karen would never do that. She proceeds to tell me that we would need to order and pay for another sandwich. I tell her I'm just trying to clarify the situation and asked her nicely to please just make us a classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich as Karen is on her lunch break from work. The worker angrily refuses to help us out, ignores my requests and walks away from the area.I will never go to that Subway again and intend to contact the owner to inform them of this unsavory employee.Thank you,Jesse & Karen C
