I went here for the first time ever today, and I'll definitely give it another try. This store is less than a year old, so it's still very clean and nice inside. I didn't try one of their burgers today, but I will on my next visit.

i paid nearly $19 for a fast food, drive through single cheeseburger, half fries/half onion rings, and a shake. Ridiculously expensive for fast food but the worst part , and the reason I won't be back, is the tip cup and the fact that you have to click through a tip screen just to pay. I don't tip at McDonald's, Burger King, etc. What's next, the grocery checkout person is going to expect a tip? How about the cashier at Home Goods? Maybe the receptionist at my doctor's office? If I sit down in a restaurant and get table service, with someone making sure my drink is full, etc, then absolutely, 20% tip. But not the cashier at the drive through. Are we supposed to tip everyone we pay no matter what it's for? With what they are charging, they need to pay their employees a decent wage and stop trying to shame customers into tipping someone for taking your money.
Their food is ok but their staff needs to learn how to reverse charges when they make a mistake on the register. I bought a $50 gift card and found both a $55 and a $50 charge on my credit card statement. Nothing has been done to make the correction

Stopped for a few drinks. The wait was pretty long due to the order prior to ours. No biggie, but what I DO have an issue with is a tip being added without my consent. Had to ask for a receipt because my order went from 8 something to $10. The $ isn't hurting me in any way, but doesn't feel good to tip for drinks thru a drive thru without wanting to give it.

Food was ok, nothing special. I waited in the drive up line about 10 minutes. I order (2) club chicken sandwiches, fries and drinks. A bit pricey. Employee at wondow was pleasant. This is the 2nd time I have been to this establishment as 1st time was awful. Would I go back again, maybe. The wait is just not justified to me. Especially if you're on lunch time.
