I’m not a regular here, but I must say, I was not disappointed with the butter, salt pretzel dipped in mustard.The smell alone is amazing! Served hot! How can you say no?!

The guy worker was so nice and friendly! I ordered a pretzel with no salt and he made it for me and was gracious about it. I had just left wetzels because the worker there was rude and sullen and made me feel like I was bothering him. I will now be a auntie Anne’s customer instead of wetzels.

Would've rated it a zero. Awful service. Came in on 7/31/2023 at 11:50am. Standing at the register and no body acknowledged me. Awful service and attitude. Waited for a few mins and when the guy finally saw me he slammed his tongs on the rack.

almond was burnt and the pretzel nuggets were stale
Pretzels were yummy. Hotdog pretzels were okay for the kids. Lines were pretty busy but that was expected for a Saturday at the mall.

Was good like I remembered. The lemonade did taste a little off and they didn't have the sweet and sour onion flavor so that was disappointing. Got the pizza one with marinara & hot sauce so it worked. The lady at counter was friendly then most ?
