To whomever decided to demote Rawan back down to a barista after she built that clientele back up to make the store profitable is crazy. The staff was the BEST. I work in a VERY stressful job and they were my saving grace. Good job, the whole staff leave. That speaks volume to the management. I will NOT be visiting ANY Black Rocks anytime soon. This feels like Mean Girls at its worst.

A drive-through kiosk. Not much to say in the way of "atmosphere". The food is limited (they are small) and includes doughnut holes, bread, scones, and doughnuts. Coffee is good. Better, in my opinion than that big coffee company ending in "bucks".

Turn your open sign off if you're closed, ridiculous that you would leave someone waiting outside your window for 10 minutes while taking glances at me and ignoring me until you realize that I'm there to get coffee. Then you can't even open the window and have the common courtesy to let me know you're closed. You just looked at me and pointed to your wrist. Have a little bit more class.

The girls here have attitudes always and they never get the orders right. It’s like why you work there then? They always assume because they see you always they know what you want or what you want to order. It’s annoying and just crazy I prefer other locations over this one.

Me and a friend tried this black rock on 164th for the first time. I'm always looking for a cool place with a good vibe to have local meetings. Well this is the place. Now to the coffee drink. I ordered a Caramel eggnog latte and it was delicioso. That's delicious I'm English. The eggnog wasn't to thick and the caramel broke through nicely. Well balanced and you could still taste the coffee. A plus was the cool holiday cup. This might be my new spot for meetings when I'm in the area.
I went today 11/12 around noon, and ordered a medium hot chai nogg. The staff was friendly, but my drinks was not full. i paid for 16ox and got 10iz.

Bought two Croissants and they handed them to me cold. Apparently they can't heat up food because they are to small and told me to go find a microwave. I asked for a refund because I don't know what to do with cold food, they told me no. Worst customer service ever.

I love blackrock but this last time I did not have a very good experience. Me and my husband ordered 2 drinks and the order came out to $10. We ordered iced drinks but asked for “light ice” and the girl with the long red hair said if she does light ice then she can’t fill them all the way. We said alright thinking it was just gonna be a little bit even though at a different location the day prior, we also asked for light ice and the guy working did it no problem and still filled it all the way! But anyways the girl gives us our drinks and they are literally like 3/4 full. I feel like that was not worth $10 for two empty cups.
