A blonde female employee on February 10th at 4:30 used my free drink rewards without telling me in order to keep my $10 in cash I handed for one of my two drinks. I no longer have my rewards and was not able to use it today because of her and it’s pretty upsetting. It’s even more upsetting that you have employees who are lying to and stealing from customers. When I was talking to the guy at the window today about it he simply said “it wouldn’t happen” but it did and he did not take it as seriously as he should have. If she’s done this to me who knows who else she might be doing this to.

4/24Still really good Coffee but I've noticed lately that I have to ask for the right amount of pumps of white chocolate/ Carmel. I have to use almond milk and that tends to be bitter which I am already paying an extra .90 cents for. When I approached it they tried to charge me for extra sweet! Being told it is to hard to push all the way down. I don't want extra I just want them to put the amount they are supposed to.I still do enjoy the coffee though.Better than Starbucks and Dutch Bros hands down!Came in within a minute of closing still made my coffee. Great service, even with everything going onDietary restrictions: Non-dairy options.

Hi guys. Went through the drive through Oct. 22, 2023 to get a cuppa and when I pulled away, the OVERWHELMING smell of cologne about knocked me out. The coffee itself smelled fine, but my cup was so scented, I had to wait about 15-20 min to drink any. The drink was pretty cold by then. Whomever is loading up on the "scent" before their shift needs to back way off. Bummer.

I don't really venture out of my drink choices besides the flavors I add to my Fuels, to make fun combos. But the real winner is that they remember my dog more then myself or my wife lol.
They could not put in a simple order and get it right. Mixed the 2 drinks completely and tried to serve us a blended drink when "hot" was specified. The guy at the window was more knowledgeable and had to fix our entire order at the end.

The girl working today 7/26/23 had no personality, had a hard time trying to pick a bday drink not expecting a free once but a hey happy birthday and some input would have been nice but instead met with short impatient attitude, coffee wasn’t that good either :(
