Super affordable, free 1st topping, no mandatory tip options, friendly service, convenient location, large selection. I'm not sure if I'll go anywhere else.Located right inside Vancouver mall which is a great place to shop or relax. I come here to charge and often work at one of the charging tables. It's nice to have affordable options like this when everyone else is charging 30-40% more for the same thing.Quality drinks for sure and not overloaded with ice.

I am so impressed with the bubble tea here! You wouldn't think to find such high quality tasting bubble tea at a stand in Vancouver mall, but this place surely won me over all the other bubble tea shops in the area. Not only is the boba FREE, but the drink itself is far cheaper than what other shops charge. I find it ridiculous that a drink these days costs $8 plus auto prompt to tip on top the drinks here are affordable, delicious, and they don't skimp on toppings. Will definitely be coming back!

Love the blended matcha with boba!Been going here since moving to the PNW in 2011 and have seen multiple employee's go through but the drinks are consistent.It is awkward that the line needs to go across the walkway to the glass railing so the line doesn't block the neighboring businesses. But it's always worth the wait if there is a line and even better when there isn't one.

One of my favorite Boba places. Listen, if a place has milk tea with Boba, I. Am. Going. To. Get. It. I have had Boba at food trucks, restaurants, tea houses, and drive thrus. I'm here to tell you that this place is good. Very good. I would personally call the menu limited. They have what are probably the most popular flavors and add-ins. No grass jelly, no Thai iced tea. But they have a SOLID Milk Tea with Boba and I love that o can order it less sweet. The limited menu and cramped location as a walk up restaurant are the only draw backs. To be fair, they totally make sense for this place and they don't need to change a thing. Those would be my personal preferences. As I said, a very solid drink, and very consistent. The Boba is always prepared perfectly and the drinks are always good. Service is always fast and friendly. If I stop at the mall, I'm getting this drink.

I always get the same thing and love it every time, they are right in the middle of the hallway and they are a small place so they get very backed up. But many people, including me, thinks it is worth the wait.

Went shopping and saw this cute brightly lit bubble tea place in the mall. Saw that they had dragonfruit smooth tea. So i had to try it. Had lychee jelly with the smooth tea. It was so refreshing on a hot day like today. Thanks to the staff for being so nice & friendly with us.

We came here on a weekday afternoon and enjoyed the tea. There were plenty of flavors and the best part is that it comes with the boba included. Although there was a line the service was fast and we received our items pretty quickly. The place is a grab-and-go type of place.
