Super disappointing. Nothing like the photos. My husband said his meatball sub was least flavorful he’s ever had, bread cold, meatballs warm, and not very many. I had the New York pastrami and there was hardly any meat on it. Generous 6-7” of BREAD, but maybe 1/4 pound of meat, spread thinly at crease if bun. And, the napkin dispenser had a glob of something on it.
Shame on one group of people individually, giving one star reviews for one visit these people obviously do not care about anyone but themselves!!!Kid-friendliness: By far one of the best!!!

my family and I went here for dinner and it sucked.honestly, the place looks really nice, but the service, quality of food, and atmosphere is terrible.first of all, as soon as you walk in it is FREEZING cold. we went there in December and it was pretty cold outside, but when we walked in there it was noticeably cold if not colder than outside.second of all, once we sat down at our table, it was really sticky, and did not seem to be cleaned at all. pretty gross.third of all, the service was not good. the owner was there during the time and she didn’t seem to want to help us at all, nor did the other employees. they seemed to be pretty rude, as well as didn’t care about working there.along with all of this, my brother had gotten a French dip, and when he received it there was no cheese. he asked for cheese, and not only were they rude but they put the sandwich back on the grill after it had already been on there. pretty gross.lastly, and definitely not least, it was really expensive (100$) and more than half of ir is going to the dogs. The only things we were satisfied with were the fries. Which, by the way, barely came in a handful. we got maybe 10 or so fries? For 3 or so dollars too. Ridiculous..If the owner or an employee sees this, I hope you consider it and try to make this restaurant better because it has potential.
