Beware they will steal money from you. I placed an mobile order on 1/28/2024 my order wasn't very big just a little over 16 dollars. When I arrived at the store the lady informed me they didn't have the small French toast meal with an orange juice. I said ok can I please get a refund. She told this is a mobile order I have to go through the mobile support I did that they tried to give me a 10 dollars cupon for burger King I informed them I didn't want that and I would like a refund. I still haven't gotten confirmation about my refund from support and its a day later. I went into the location and asked to talk to a manager chase was the one I spoke to I told him the situation and showed him the back and forth between me and Jessica in mobile support and how she kept trying to give me a coupon and I didnt want that. He told me to let her know that I did let her know that. I asked him if I can speak with his manager and he told me he wouldn't give me his bosses number so I can speak with them about my refund.

What happened to Burger King?The building is outdated and falling apart. The food is terrible all around. Big brand name, what a shame! I've never had a good experience here. This was the final straw. $0.70 for a cheese slice per burger, and not one has cheese on it. My son threw the nuggets back into the bag, saying how disgusting they were, and I quote, " And I thought the Wendy's nuggets were bad!". The mozzarella sticks were just as gross. The burger patty doesn't even fill the bun space, which were flat... longer story short, we're exhausted with this place. Absolute garbage. Just shut it down already!

The bathrooms were atrocious. My husband complained about the pee all over the floor in the mens room. My tennis shoes stuck on the floor enough to leave tred marks in the women's room. The tables were nasty.We were driving through and if we drive through again we won't be eating here again. If the place is publicly that dirty imagine what the behind scenes must be. Yuck.

This was my favorite BK. Seriously. I brought my son in a couple weeks ago and everything was cold. I literally just dropped in to try again hoping maybe y'all got your act together. Nope. I got a single meal and a whopper junior on the side. They couldn't even remember to put fries in the bag. I'm done. This is the fourth BK to fall to pieces in my town. I know y'all don't care but some folks used to love y'all.

This place is rough. Half the dining room is closed due to a leaky roof. The place is in complete shambles...probably needs to be closed for renovations. Oh, and the smell...pretty bad even for a fast food joint. One employee was solid but another was completely checked out of the picture. Food is even below Burger King standards, which is admittedly already pretty low.We won't be back until we see major changes.
