Like the rest of the fast food industry, BK is too expensive. Just had lunch with my wife and spent over $30 on 2 sandwiches 1 order of fries and 2 drinks. Crazy...

Terrible location. Ordered on their app and they delivered another restaurants order. I called the store and I spoke with Miguel. He said they couldnt do anything because it was the delivery service's fault. I explained I didnt order from whoever they used, I ordered from their app. They couldnt even tel me which delivery service they used!Miguel said to come into the store to replace it, which Idid. When I get there, he proceeds to tell me the same thing lol. Not only did I not get what I ordered, I wasted my time and gas. He gave me a number and said it was his manager. I called and left a voicemail, but no one returned my call. I reached out to customer support via email, because of course they dont have a phone number, and I still havent heard back and I dont think think I will. This was all over a week ago. I did a chargeback and Im moving on. Not worth anymore time and effort. Terrible overall and will never order from that location or Burger Kink ever again.

I mean it's fast food so obviously don't have high expectations but honestly 2:30 in the afternoon not busy by any means took 10 minutes for 3 whoppers...nothing fancy no extras and not meals... just burgers...my question is why such a wait the employees look bored...are they not working? what if they were doubles or meals or dinner rush or lunch rush this crew would have flopped...management better get with it or this place is gonna close

Flawed Diamond

Not only has their value meals gotten pathetically short by shorting you food that's no longer value. Half a piece of chicken in the wraps is a sure sign they can't provide a value meal. Plus 9 fries in value fries is only value to their pockets.

Dude its 40 minutes before they close and my food is hot and fresh and perfectly salted. Plus the person working the speaker/window tonight helped me navigate their broken menu with grace and flair. Im so happy i picked this instead of taco bell.

Ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuit. When I got home to eat I found it was just a sausage biscuit. Called several times to request a call from Supervisor or Owner, but it kept hanging up on me. I paid $5.00 for this disappointment with seemingly no way to correct it. Bad customer service.
