Burgerville was my go to burger joint for years. The food was top-quality, the people were great, and I loved that they invited guest chefs to get adventurous with the menu.So...what happened, Burgerville? Stopped in to get a burger, ordered the No. 6 burger, and threw it away after one bite. Soggy bun, with bland, gummy cheese, and enough mayo to drown a mouse. The best thing I could say about it was "nondescript." Certainly not worth $9.The strawberry lemonade was terrific, the people were still friendly...but if the burger isn't good, what is the point?

Ordered the bacon burger which was $9. Added fries and a drink which brought the total to $16. That would be okay if it was a great meal, but it wasn't. The burger was very average, pop was flat, the waffle fries were good but a little too salty. Very pricey for an average meal.

I used to enjoy our occasional stop at Burgerville but after looking at our bill for 2 fish sandwiches with 2 fries and 1 regular cheeseburger with no drinks. We are officially done with being gauged by fast food restaurants for food not worthy of the price being charged.

I swear my experience at all burgervilles have been terrible lately. This locations service was awful. I submitted a mobile order an hour in advance. I come to the counter and there's a guy standing near the registers chatting with a coworker. Neither come to help me as I'm staring right at them. I wait a couple minutes. Finally another girl gives me my order but it's the WRONG order.I'm so sick and tired of the awful service at burgervilles

Very slow personnel , it took over 20 min for 3 cars to get their meals. Last time I went inside for fries (one person ahead of me) and also waited 20 minutes.
