Normally good service and good food for a fast food restaurant but in my opinion way too expensive for what you get. I would rather go to a "real" restaurant and get better food for almost the same price. Also the service was not up to it's normal par. We waited 20 minutes for our full meal at 8:30 in the evening.

Burgerville is increasingly expensive for the quality, amount of food, and service. The price of a simple cheeseburger, small fries, and a beverage approaches that of a tap house or fancy sit-down restaurant and the service is typically that of a big box fast food joint, and - while I am pro tipping - adding that to the mix only serves to exacerbate the high cost issue for this former regular customer.

What a disappointment, coming to a local sourced fast food, which has also high prices...but willing to pay on occasion. The service was DOG WATER!! , not good. Ice cream cone not a napkin given, kids meal, with no regard again to the need for maybe oh maybe one napkin. When trying to ask, no one was to be found, the drive thru gal may have just thrown the food to us . She was obviously not interested in finding out if we needed anything or even if our hand had successfully grasped items. Jeeze, maybe not burgerville next time. I can get the same stiff for cheaper and even get a smile too !!

This is not your typical fast food burger chain. The burgers are very good and the fries are unique (I ordered truffle waffle fries). I was very pleased with my food and service, I will definitely eat at a Burgerville location again.
