Won't be coming back. We got parked because my plantiville burger would "take extra time" fine, I'm willing to wait for my food to be right but then I get home and take 2 bites and it's not cooked right! I know plant based burgers can be difficult but we waited for quite a while and it's still raw. There's no "medium" with plant burgers they should be cooked well. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my mom enjoyed her food.

I've been coming to Burgerville since I was a kid. I just love the regular hamburger with extra, extra spread. I also love that you can get it during "breakfast" hours, because I'd rather have that than breakfast sometimes! Service is always top notch, food quality is excellent, especially for a quote un quote fast food place. Plenty of seating, plenty of parking at almost all of their locations in Vancouver, WA. You must use the burgerville app in my opinion to take full advantage of "freebies". It has gotten more expensive over the last few years, but I'm assuming that's because of rising food costs, transportation, etc. I have heard a few people complain about it now, so they need to look into that. I will forever keep going because of their dedication to quality, service and their community! Thanks BV!

This location doesn't serve breakfast either. My friend was taunting me how good it was, and today again I missed out in finding it. Almost had an car wreck in the parking lot when I left angrily. Get with the times! People like eggs, sausage for breakfast, obviously this location's momma never fed em properly.

I love a chicken sandwich and fries. My son loves to eat a bacon cheeseburger. My youngest daughter loves the Fries so much. Crews are kind and nice. So yummy but traffic time or dinner time they’re busy pretty long line.
This is good for a fast food place. They've got a decent vegan burger option, too. The service is excellent.Vegetarian options: There is really only one vegan item on the menu, but it's good enough to come back for.Parking: Plenty of parking at this location.

I went here on 12/28, it took a very long time to get my burger and from what I could see, it seemed like there was a staffing issue/no one on the grill knew what they were doing. When I got my food after waiting 5 minutes after paying, I unwrapped my burger and it felt too cold to have been freshly grilled. I paid $11 for the burger and a coke so of course I wasn't going to throw it away. After eating it, I immediately felt sick. My stomach was audibly gurgling and I felt nauseous. I still have diarrhea, sorry for the tmi but I think its worth sharing. Don't hire a bunch of teenagers who have never been on a grill before and leave them unattended! I'm seeing A LOT of this and as someone who has worked in food service it's just very obvious it is because older/experienced workers know better than to take minimum wage/can't accept minimum wage so the end result is hiring children who have no idea what they're doing and then the training is so minimal it becomes a major health risk for everyone involved. I KNOW I'm not the only one who got sick from this location...there's just no way.

Chicken sandwich was mediocre at best and way overpriced at $10. Small and no cheese for $10 lol. The drive thru took forever and then they asked for a tip! Get rid of the tipping option in the drive thru!! What is wrong with your corporate employees. Shameful that you're trying to guilt customers into tipping for what???
