I come here all the time probably 2 a weekI have never seen this woman who claim to be the manager (young black lady curly hair)Ordered a quesadilla with birria and she barely put any meat on it. When I asked for a little more she made a big scene. At the register when it comes time to pay I told her I have never had one this thin. It literally looked thin like Taco Bell. I also showed her how the rice wasn’t even full and she said you know what I’m going to refuse you service. I asked her why she is so hostile I am not even upset I just want the right portion of food. She stormed off and went to the backThis one gentleman took over and said I’ll remake it brother (birack I think his name was I couldn’t tell if he’s Mexican or Indian)He absolutely needs to be managing this place he was kind and said I want you to come back) whoever this young lady was should not be working at the register. She is rude and looked crazy to me. After when it came time to pay I even said hey if you’re having a bad day I hope it gets better and she completely ignored me.

Customer service is absolutely a lost art. Firstly they ran out of tortillas, oh well got bowls instead. What was really uncalled for is to have me go to the back of the line to get the 2 kids meals I also wanted. Why on earth would I be told to do this when I’m actively being helped for these two bowls!? I’ll be calling in to the manager tomorrow.

Absolute horrible customer service at this location. I was there to pick up an online order, took 10 mintues just to be recognized, then was told the order would be ready in 10 mintues. I waited another 20 minutes to be told, we haven't started it, but will eventually get to it. Meanwhile 3 employees are just standing around scrolling on their cellphones. Will be reaching out to corporate as well about this.

Ordered online and food takes forever. Supposed to be 10-12 minutes, showed up at time it said but was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. Set correct expectations. If it’s going to be 25 minutes for an order online, state that it will be that long. Order was for 1 burrito. Food is always good.

This is absolutely the worst ran business. When they aren’t closed down for the day (today’s reason is not having water, two weeks ago it was plumbing) they are out of some ingredient. Pathetic way to operate a “restaurant” when people are allowed only a certain amount of time for their lunch and this place is constantly and consistently closed.

I love going to this chipotle. The workers here are amazing and treat you very nicely. The managers are very understanding and are always there to make sure you have an amazing experience with the help of the rest of their staff. I visit this chipotle at most 2 times a week and I always feel welcome whenever I go. They do have teenagers working here, which is great in my opinion as they are able to learn many diffrent tasks with the support of the adults around them. Management is great here.Vegetarian options: They have 2 vegetarian options, a vegie in any format (burrito, bowl, quesadilla, and even salad) and also their plant based sofritas which are delicious.Dietary restrictions: They have menu's that show what is contained in all their foods if you are on a diet of any kind.Kid-friendliness: The staff treat children amazingly and are very patient with them in order to get their perfect order.Wheelchair accessibility: The store is small but has more than enough room to fit a wheelchair at the edge of thier tables. They also have a table that is specifically for wheelchairs in order to make it easier for people to order and then not have to move very far from where they ordered.

This place has consistently good food. Very fresh and healthy. And they are fast with their preparation.Dietary restrictions: This is a great place for people with gluton intolerance.Kid-friendliness: My grand kids love it here.
Online order is slower than waiting in line. You get less portions on meat for online. Even if you put light rice they fill it with filler in exchange for less meat. Worst chipotle around the are!
