I miss the good old days. It did go downhill for a minute but they have improved it. It has been cleaned up and it has a fun arcade, efficient parties and decent food. Service was fine. Food is typical. I miss the giant play structures they had when I was a kid. It is difficult to see where my kids are sometimes but that is every arcade. I like the door being manned and the stamp. It feels a little safer than a giant free for all with multiple large entrances. I really like this added safety measure. They no longer have the animatronics (my guess is to distance itself from FNAF). It's lovely but not better than the Chuck E. Cheese I remember as a child.

#TeamLincoln!!We had the best bday party at Chuck E Cheese for my 6 yo daughter. I really like the changes that have been made moving away from the weird animatronics of old and moving to an interactive, multimedia display and in person dancing and singing with the mouse himself. Our party had ages 3-15 and they all had fun! The adults had a great time too and appreciated the salad bar!The best thing about the party was honestly good old fashioned customer service! Lincoln, our host, was amazing from the moment we stepped through the door! He took all the stress of party planning away and made us feel like we were the only ones in the place! He was great with my daughter too and treated her like a special princess!!!All the adults in my party are ready to recruit him to their workplaces, so Chuck E Cheese better give Lincoln a raise or promote him soon. LOL!

Come eat overpriced pizza at our Rat Casino!8" pizza cost $13 little Caesars will get you a large pizza same price.$31 for 30 game play with 1000 tickets. This was fair for me. I loved Chuckie cheese in the 80-90s but it's just never had the same vibe just got more expensive.Attention corporate you need to start producing a actual value for your customers. Cut cost on flashy wrist bands such a stupid waste of funding.For the price you spent on producing wristbands you could have produced better pizza. Put the funds were they make you money in return business.

The staff at this location are super nice. The gentleman that was working the front desk was so helpful to all guests and kind. This is a cleaner location than we have experienced. Only downside a few games were down and there didn’t seem to be anyone to fix them. Overall we had a really pleasant time. The stuffed crust pizza is actually decent.Parking: Plenty if protected spotsKid-friendliness: Staff were kind to families and it was clean.Wheelchair accessibility: All games were spaced enough for wheelchair.
