We usually pick up our pizza, the store is nice. I do not love the parking lot bc the cross streets are so busy but they haven't messed up our order, they usually have our order saved and they have a drive through. We have always had great service here. We order online for savings, our usual order is 4 pizzas. We have been happy with this location.

Twice the delivery drivers from this location couldn't find my street. I live on Highway 99...the same street their pizza restaurant is on...they drove all the way across town into Orchards...

I placed a large order online, but when I got to the checkout, it would not work so I called the Hazel Dell store directly and Zach was extremely helpful. He took my 17 pizza order like a champ. I was very impressed. Thank you!

The dude in the red car who does the deliveries is a real piece of work with some real road rage.Update: Casey in the main office made sure to address the concerns and as far from what I seen around the area the situation is resolved.A lot of dominos can be hits or misses but this one consistently does a great job with the quality and that has always been the case.

I ordered a thick crust build your own. Two toppings were missing. Tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. The pizza was bland. And that is being nice. Low quality with a high price. Even with a 20% off coupon. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Quick if ordered online you can use the drive thru. Also the free emergency pizza is actually free. You dont even have to buy anything else. The point system is great too.
