Food is okay. Customer service is extremely poor. The man who was working was obviously irritated when we walked in and when we asked him for more water. And you have to pay before you eat, or I wouldn't have tipped. That's how how I pleased we were with the service.

They are never open. The open sign on the way in says OPEN and is on but door is always locked. Hours online says open at 11. They put the pop up sign out on the corner and still there's no one working or letting people in. Haven't had the chance to actually dine there to give a true review of the food...because they are confusingly open yet NOT opened.

The man that rang us up was extremely rude. I asked to order a drink that was on a menu above him in big white lettering. He snapped at me that they didn’t have the drink I wanted. I couldn’t completely understand him through his mask and tried to order another drink. He snapped at me again because apparently I couldn’t order from the menu that was there. We will not be returning.

The Pho was amazing, but the Phorrito was not. I was really looking forward to it too. It did not look like the pictures at all. It was just meat and noodles. No veggies or Sriracha. The meat Tasted like it had hoisin on it. It was too sweet and lacked flavor. I’ll bet it would be good if it had some veggies in there and maybe something other than hoisin on the meat. It’s definitely a great idea.

DOT PHO POOPED IN MY FOOD

This was my go to restaurant for all my pho needs. until... I went in for my daily lunch with my son for his first birthday. We were seated by a polite woman who gave us the menus. The menu was a stylish pamphlet and it had many options, i was not sure as to what to get. I had my eyes on their delicious potstickers which i had eaten many times before. My son blurted out, "MOMMY! MOMMY! WHAT IS THEIR SPECIAL???" I immediately looked down at my menu and saw the "Hayden Special". I called one of the waitresses over and asked shyly, "Hello ma'am, my son here would like to know what is in the hayden special." which she quickly replied to me with, "Oh, that is an amazing chicken broth with our world famous soy chicken. We also have our secret ingredient, but i cant tell you that, or else it wouldnt be a secret." she chuckled to herself smirking slightly. "Two of those please" i said. My son tapped me on the shoulder which was our secret message to tell the other they need to go to the restroom. I stood up and helped my little birthday boy out of his chair. We walked around searching for the bathroom but found nothing but a suspicious door with a little window at the top. We marched over to the door and i peered through the window. and to my absolute HORROR i saw a grown woman. MY WAITRESS crouched over my bowl. pants around her ankles. she was UNLOADING her bowels. I slammed down the door. "WHAT IS GOING ON IN HERE????" I yelled. My birthday boy absolutely scarred for life. "ITS THE SECRET INGREDIENT" she replied maniacally laughing...... I will never go back to this restaurant. Ever.

I used to LOVE going here as a child. The customer service was impeccable, the pho was to die for, and it had a nice tranquil atmosphere. Unfortunately, I had to move to Montana for a sect training, but I was able to return thereafter and enjoy some delicious pho again. But alas. I did NOT.The tranquil atmosphere was devolved into RANCOR. It smells like if a geriatric ward fused with a tub of cheddar cheese pringles. Horrifying whip cracks and screams of terror can be faintly overheard if you press your ear against the bathroom wall. I can only imagine the horrors that lie beyond. Additionally, in amazement, I saw a rat scamper across the floor as if in a Olympic skating routine. Granted, the rat was quite elegant, but I highly doubt the owners of this establishment trained him. My waiter tripped and splattered my clothes with lukewarm pho. They offered coupons to Arbys and similar fine dining, but NO amount of severance can appease me at this point.Their son was also there at this time, and would not stop incessantly yelling something along the lines of "suss" and "amongst us", whatever that means. He looks to be about 5 though, so I cannot be that angry at him, but still, it shows the lack of professionalism by the owners. It pains my heart to know my favorite childhood restaurant is forever tarnished. Never going here again.

I have mixed emotions. I stopped here one night and got a chicken and a pork Bahn Mi and they were awesome. Very fresh and flavorful. Went back a few weeks later to get a couple for dinner again. It was about 7:40 and I got out of the car to order and he turned the open light off. I called and he answered and he said that they close at 8 and need to clean up. I said that's 20 minutes away, you shouldn't say you're open till 8 and then close at basically 7:30. Decided after that I wouldn't probably come back.

Great food but good luck ordering it during a pandemic. Ironically enough, they never seem to answer their phone; they'd prefer several customers order in person and all stand around each other. In attempt to avoid this, I made an online pick up order. Once I arrived at the "pick up" time, I walked in to find out my online order was canceled; forcing me to wait in side the store again...I would be more than excited to be able to come back to this review and change it to 5 stars, but as of right now, Customer service its painful. Quite literally the exact opposite of what would be appreciated and/or expected from a food service during social distancing.

Their food is SO good... If you can reach them. The phone rings and rings and nobody ever answers. I've ordered online just to go try to pick it up and find that the whole restaurant is closed for the day. Their listed business hours never seem to be correct. It's unfortunate because they do have the best pho in the area but I have to take my money elsewhere.
