We stopped here on our way home on a long drive with our almost 1 year old. It was his first time in a restaurant and a necessity that we had tried to avoid. Our son was being somewhat irritable and the waitress talked with him when we got seated, and brought him applesauce with our drinks right away. He ate it all and was starting to get pretty fussy and she brought him crackers while we were waiting on food. The food was amazing, and the entire staff was very nice. He even spilled his cup of orange juice on the way out and in the blink of an eye, the waitress was there to clean it up and was extremely understanding. Wished we had one of these closer to home so we could come back easily. Thank you for being so hospitable and incredibly child-friendly towards my not-so-well-mannered baby. Sorry he made such a mess.

My family and I sat down to eat dinner at 4 in the afternoon here, we were seated right away. Our servers were amazing and food was out quick. As soon as we had a plate cleared or a water glass empty servers were at the table. The food was excellent and my picky mother didn't even push her food away. Thank you Elmer's for this wonderful experience.

Lots of great breakfast items. Also, one guest even ordered a lunch item at 7:15 AM. Good sized portions that were well prepared. The waitstaff members were all very friendly, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable.

This has always been a fav of mine. Friendly staff that go the extra mile cheerfully. Was slow when I arrived so my food was out pretty fast and the same quality I always get. The entrance can be tricky to navigate just a heads up.

Wow! I am a fan of Elmer's to begin with, but this place is top of the line. The manager was on the floor greeting and helping out. Fast and delicious. The German Pancake is a must!

Who doesn't love a tasty weekend breakfast? Elmer's is a local chain that always delivers tasty food and makes for a great start to ANY day. My family and I have eaten at Elmer's for years and it's always a solid choice. Elmer's offers typical breakfast fare such as pancakes, French toast, eggs, omelettes, etc. For breakfast, one of their specialties is a German pancake. (Definitely produces that "wow" factor when brought to the table).Lines can get long here on the weekends. If you can get here early, you should be able to be seated right away. Show up after 930/10 and you'll be in the lobby or outside for some time.Today we ordered the French toast combo with scrambled eggs and sausage links (me), and a Mr Elmer's omelette with hashbrowns and a side of crispy bacon (my husband). I love their French toast as it's thick and a bit crunchy. I choose to use butter and powder sugar instead of syrup. Sausage and eggs are great, nothing special. The omelette combo was also great and went well with a mimosa. It's nice to get tasty, consistent food when you order at a restaurant.

First time I've been back in years, and was reminded why Elmer's is a Vancouver staple. The food was great, the service was fantastic, really wasn't much wait to get a table. Really good stuff.

I enjoy the Belgium Waffle with two eggs over medium and bacon. It is always cooked perfect. One my favorite restaurants. Other items are good like Chicken bacon ranch, Fish and Chips, and a Strawberry Waffle.

Clean restaurant, friendly service, good food. Everything a traveler likes when on the road. Definitely a place worth stopping for!

Elmers has been a staple breakfast spot in Vancouver for as long as I can remember. I got the hungry rancher and was very satisfied. The German pancakes are also good. I highly recommend both of these items. One spot of struggle was the service this morning. Our server was either forgetful or overwhelmed with tasks. Luckily, the manager stepped in as needed to bus tables or get refills. So kudos to the manager on the floor for leading by good example. Ultimately, Elmers is a solid breakfast spot that is better than some alternatives such as Sharis for roughly the same price.

Outstanding food. I had well seasoned steak, melt in your mouth pancakes, and farm fresh over medium eggs. My next cheat day will definitely be spent here.
