Its European store. I got ice cream here. But mostly I shop here for fruits and vegetables. Prices went up a lot since pandemic.

After lunch hour, the store is empty. I ring the bell in the deli and no one comes. I walk around the store get more things and then asked cashier if she could help me there. She asked me to ring the bell again. They just had a birthday celebration but someone will answer. The lady comes out and knows nothing about fish. That’s ok. I’ll figure it out. Then I ask her to cut some kilbasa and she said we’re celebrating and you’re asking me to cut it. Pfft sure I will. I told her I can wait, she faked smile and said of course I will.I love this store. It has everything that I need and reminds me of back home but dang one person car ruin the whole experience.

The service is terrible, as for cutting bread in general, I understand that they don’t cut hot bread, but they basically don’t want to cut anything, the excuses are either the machine is broken, or fresh bread, at least some redoubt is fresh, or they say “we’re closing soon, the machine We don’t want to wash it.” The same goes for the sausage, when you ask to cut it, they do it with such a face that it’s easier not to ask and not to come to them. There are other Russian stores where they happily do everything, and you don’t go to them with the fear that they will refuse you

They take forever and the meat deli section! And when you ask for thin cut they still make cuts of meat thick. Also the carrot salad I bought was not fresh, my aunt makes this salad and growing up with it from my culture I know how it's supposed to taste and this time even my husband said it taste old.

We buy cooked food here often. The food is delicious and decently priced. Mostly Eastern European/Ukrainian style food.
Do not buy candy by weight from this store. Chocolates had worms in them! They are not fresh and have been on the shelves for too long.

Please hire someone that speaks English! We live in America! This isn't Ukraine. Nobody couldn't help me, it was very frustrating. Very bad customer service! They hired people from Ukraine and nobody understood what I was asking of them!
