Not sure if it was a accident or they just need to water down everything but today I got chicken and shrimp and it was at bland as the box it came in. Haven't been there in a few years but it couldn't be an accident. It was so awful. So bad I will not go there again.

Getting so expensive. 17.37 for a chicken soba with double chicken. I don't go to very often. But I remember when it use to be 2 bucks for double chicken. And now they also charge for a side of hot sauce.Food is good though.Staff can be more friendlier, act like they care at least.

Went here with a special friend of mine and she said the food was great! I personally did not eat at this time but it did smell really good. She ordered a number 4, which was the chicken and shrimp teriyaki with fried rice. I will definitely try this place in the future and I will probably get the exact same thing.

After eating at this place a couple times. I realized, while quick, they lack flavor. There steak is cooked well but lacks seasoning.I give three stars only because they are quick, kind and their portion size is good. They just need to work on their flavor.

Hands down the fastest service they cook it all fresh on a hibachi grill in front of your face! The best food I've ever tasted in Japanese restaurant!!!!! And I got of course they're three meat fried rice bowl which was stuffed full to the brim I didn't even have the capacity to eat it all! It was so good the meat was perfect the shrimp was cooked to perfectness the beef and chicken was cooked to perfection no fat very lean the vegetables were great whole vegetables not just slices of them! Hands down the best restaurant I've ever been to In My Life!Vegetarian options: The veggies were whole and very freshKid-friendliness: There was lots of kids playing around with their families sitting at the tables in the food court Kitty Playland for all the kids right next door with jumpy spring things that way we're just jumping on it was so cool. Also another kid friendly area downstairs right at the stairs soon as you come in
Terrible Service couldn't hear half of what we said missed an order refused to fix it but we did get that that was right was terrible waste of $40 couldn't even eat it

First time trying Express Japan and for a food court meal was super good and grilled to order, so very hot and fresh. Not a bad price at $13 for shrimp and chicken. On the other hand it took a long time and it's the mall, so not a place for a quiet meal.Parking: Not that close to the food court, but at least it's on the second floor already.
i asked for teriyaki noodles and they give me rice. i called and asked if i can get a refund and he said no cause i didn't specify if i wanted rice or noodles. wish i can talk to the persons boss cause i want my money back but they just keep hanging up the phone

Waiting 20 minutes for two meals while we watch the two cooks move food around on the grill and we waited too long for our food I do not recommend this establishment ever. What a waste of time and money!It got one star so I could post. Its not worth one star for the wait time involved.
