Really disappointed with my recent visit. Submitted a mobile order at 6:09pm and was told the order would be ready by 6:25pm. After waiting in the store until 6:42pm, I eventually had to leave as I had prior commitment to attend to. A family member had to come back to the store after 7pm to finally pick up the order on my behalf. It’s frustrating that they provide a pick up time that is no where close to being accurate.

I’ve done a few online orders and they have been more than 10mins behind a few times. My order was also incorrect a few times as well. Apparently the time of when it is ready for pick up shows up differently on their end. Staffs were working diligently and it appears this is more of a management issue as they are setting the staff up for failure when trying to meet the time for pick up. I enjoy the food but the timeliness should at least be close to what is estimated.

So we had ordered 2 sandwiches a drink and chips, online for pick up at 5:45. We arrived a few minutes early and our order. Jacob informed us that our food was not ready and there was 7 tickets in front of us. There was no sorry or an apology for the wait. It took 15+ minutes till our order was ready. I am now wondering why order ahead of time if I still had to wait for my order. According to the receipt on the bag my order will promise is 5:45. Also Zero employees had hair nets or beard covers on, which is a health code violation. When we got our food we got no apology or an offer to grab a bag of chips, a cookie or 2 or anything.

I ordered my 2 sandwiches, chips and a drink to be ready for pick up at 5:45pm. Arrived a few minutes early. When I asked about my order I got told it won’t be ready for another 10 mins there is like 7 tickets ahead of yours. No Apology, no compensation, no nothing from the greasy curly hair guy , Jacob, (staff should probably wear hairnets) Just you can get your medium drink and chips while you wait.

Not one single napkin came with my order. Food was good but messy. Bad service for the price we pay for a Firehouse sub. Firehouse used to be top 3 for me but this is twice they've forgotten napkins or pickle spear with my lunch.

I came inside to order sandwich. Only one inside. They said I would have to wait 20 minutes. Horrible service. I've only eaten there once, but that was my last time. Never again. If you can't serve customers to their face, you shouldn't be in business

Placed an online order, said ready by 1:20pm. Got there at 1:25, was told "10 mins." At 1:40 order still wasn't started but I was able to get my drink, I'm sure that's going to be REALLY filling ?.Received a reply from a corporate bot, that they can't cancel or reimburse orders even if the item(s) you order aren't available. What a convenient money racket.

Came in on a Wednesday night (Jan 24th). There were 5 people working, and most goofing off. Took 30 mins to get our order, and it wasn't even busy. Once I got my sandwich, it was wrong. These kids just don't have any work ethic.
Food was decent but a little pricey. Service was good but I really REALLY don't like being asked for a tip when I am paying beforehand, as you do in a place like this. PAY your people a living wage, tips in places like this should be for extraordinary service or food and given AFTER the meal.The atmosphere is like eating in a cafeteria and is pretty bland. I love the patches on the board but wish there weren't so many police patches as they are NOT beneficial, like the heroes in the firehouse are. There a few photos and memorabilia on the walls. Nothing really stands out.
The sandwiches are so good! The atmosphere is a bit off-putting with the high counter between customers and the sandwich makers.I would recommend this place for the food.
