Went to this location to have lunch. Ordered two wraps with chicken, which one of them did not have any and the other was handed to us in a bowl instead of being inside of the wrap. We asked to have the chicken put into the wrap which the employee shrugged her shoulders when asked. My husband went to the cashier to let her know what we got was not what we order and she apologized and said they’re short staffed and started slamming the register drawer after my husband asked for our money back. We were promised a refund which we never got. The store manager called my husband a few days later to let him know we would get our money back but yelled at him that we were not welcome back to their establishment. I also called after more than a week since we still never got our refund and the store manager hung up on me. It’s concerning to have people running this store that cannot handle a customer complaint. We did not yell or cause a scene, we simply stated that the food given to us was not ok and that it was like we were being fed like dogs. I have been in store management for 16 years and there is a manner to de escalate the situation and provide resolution in a professional manner. This establishment will most definitely be reported to the better business bureau.

The staff members are always helpful. I would give them 5 stars. The food tends to be bland, but it is healthy and I suppose as a culture we are used to over salted and artificially seasoned foods. I still think the main menu could use some tweaking to make it more appetizing. But it's a good alternative to fast food. It's healthy and quick.

I’ve asked for sauce on the side at least 3 times I pay extra money for it get home and it’s not in the bag… and They never have any of the bowls that are advertised online they just say oh we don’t have that one anymore even though you could show them on the website it says they

Owner or manager was there today, he was fantastic! He was quick to greet and took my order asap.Even gave me a sample of their Dole Whip.Crew was quick as well, had my food ready in just a few minutes after ordering!

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch. Staff was friendly, energetic and atmosphere was lovely. Not sure if under new ownership or management but a huge improvement from my last visit. Excited to come back again soon!

Cute establishment. I love the concept/idea behind it. There are not enough healthy, fast food options out there. There was a great selection of items to choose from & it was hard to pick!That being said, this place was way overpriced. I got a burrito and a lemonade and my bill was almost $20!!! Could’ve gotten a similar experience from Chipotle for half the price.Vegetarian options: All items are vegetarian.Parking: Restaurant is located in a shopping center, so there is plenty of parking available.

The worst customer experience for a smoothie. It took 45 minutes for a frackin smoothie because they said they were in a rush hour. These people didn't have lines of people when we walked up nor lines afterwards. The people I was with ordered a smoothie too and a bowl and a burrito. It's two smoothies, a burrito, and a bowl, not a four course meal. They didn't have to sous chef anything. The people at Chipotle take minutes to make magic happen. The people at Starbucks would be shut down if it took that long to make a latte. I should've known as soon as I walked in and the guy sitting in the party of four looked so distraught, he was holding his face in his hands, that it wasn't bad news he had just gotten but bad service. 15 minutes later I was wondering were they still waiting for their food? How long had they been there? They took it go after they all decided they didn't want to eat there. They got into two separate cars and left before eating. The man after us got his order. The party of three after him got theirs. And I was still waiting on a smoothie. When my friends got their order, less rice because they ran out, then it tasteless and soggy. One of them ate their burrito while I waited for the smoothie. Finally 45 minutes in I just got up and asked for a refund. They said they were making them. Then they called someone to ask how to do a refund and they weren't authorized to do so. I finally got my smoothie. My friend got hers. By the time we got to the car she had tossed it into the garbage. How do you mess up a peanut butter smoothie?! We didn't want to waste more time than we lost so we just kept going. Horrible service. Horrible food. Horrible smoothie. They even gave us a 50%off coupon for the next time. There will never be a next time. You could give us food for free and I'd not go back. I don't have the time to waste for nothing good in return. They will not last because people will not return. No thank you.

We stopped into this restaurant last week, and we won't go again. The food that we ordered was very bland, the mango smoothie didn't taste anything like mango, and instead tasted like coconut. And the cost of our order was extremely high for what we ordered. If you are vegan or have a lot of food restrictions, maybe you'll enjoy this place.

I was ordering food from freshii’s once and sometimes up to a couple times almost almost every week. It seemed like quality has been slowly declining but either way I enjoyed the food so I kept going. I ordered food for myself and added an extra ingredient (paid extra for steak to be exact) I did not receive anything I paid for. I called to see what we could do about this mishap and they stated “we were out of that ingredient so we just didn’t add it”. I was never told about this when I arrived to pick up my food nor refunded my money for paying extra and I had ordered another wrap that came with chicken but when I got home that wrap as well was sans chicken. I called to at-least get my money back for the extra ingredients but I have not heard back from the manager. It has been 5 days now. Thank you.

We've ordered from here a few times. The last time the bowls were dry and tasteless so this time we ordered, and paid for, extra dressing. Both bowls were missing the extra dressing AND the chicken we paid extra to add on. Super disappointing and this will be the last time we order from them. Our bowls were $20+ each and were terrible.

The servings are pretty horrible for $13. It was what I would expect for a child serving for the cost of getting a fairly large meal elsewhere. About two cups of food in total.
