This is our favorite Ichi location in Vancouver. We usually call in a to-go order, which is convenient, and the service is prompt. The portions are worth the price and taste authentic.Pictured below is my favorite, spicy chicken breast teriyaki with onions, red bell peppers, mushrooms, and green onions. The entree is also served with plenty of steamed white rice, a side of teriyaki sauce, and a salad with signature dressing. You can request chili sauce on the side as well. This location is part of the Heritage shopping center, always has parking, and helpful staff.

Very disappointed in this location. Chicken was very chewy, couldn't eat half of it. They raised prices. Not very talkative at all anymore. Not sure we will go back to this location.
I called in an order for takeout and when I arrived she said it was $20, I was shocked! (I ordered chicken teriyaki and an extra side salad) I mean it's literally chicken and rice and the salad is just a small portion of watery iceberg lettuce with a tiny sprinkle of shredded carrots. They don't even take the time to dry the lettuce. I understand inflation however if I'm going to pay $20 for a meal I'll go somewhere that I can get more quality and service for my money. Now if you don't care about the cost, the chicken is decent I did have a few chewy pieces, they do give you a good portion but they should for these prices! The teriyaki sauce is just ok, the salad dressing is pretty good. But the lettuce was really wet and so the salad dressing ended up getting watered down when you put it on the lettuce which took away from any flavor at all.

Food is absolutely delicious. Quick service. It seems spendy, but really, one meal can be split amongst 2-3 people so it’s really not a bad deal. Will be going back, we love this place.

Great customer service, but we paid way too much for what we got: splintered chopsticks and mediocre food.

Ichi 19 and Ichi 20 are our favorites! Consistently good food, always piping hot. Veggies are fresh, rice is perfectly cooked as are the noodles. Teriyaki sauce on the table is thick and tasty! Customer service is spot on and friendly.

Good food and fast service. We get the teriyaki bowls a lot, the chicken fried rice is a meal in itself or good to share. The egg flower soup is really good and cheap too. If you like it spicy, they have some crazy hot doshes too, just ask. Don't miss the other options below their menu as well.
Great food. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. One of my favorite places in town for Teriyaki

decided to try out this place since the location was convenient for me, service was friendly but the food was a huge letdown all around. chicken was overcooked, tough and burnt, rice was a congealed gloop, the teriyaki sauce wasn't nearly as good tasting as the stuff at another teriyaki place I've tried around here...

There is many locations of this brand name but this particular location is what’s gets u more for ur dollar! That’s why I go this location ONLY. The boxes r very full aspecialy if u get fried rice. I can eat twice of one plate/box compare to others locations where they give u just enough to eat ones. Thank u owner for generous portions.
