Wonderful customer service. There was a 5 min delay in getting our food out (we didn't even realize) and they gave us some gyoza to compensate. The server was wonderful, service was quick, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean and quiet. Perfect, thank you!

A tasty spot in the Vancouver Mall area. We often go for the shrimp tempura plate and chicken teriyaki bowl and split between two people. Egg flower soup is always delicious and you get one free bowl per person with your dine in order.

Such great service and good portioned food. Shrimp Fried rice looked like a platter! They have a few hot tea options which I haven’t seen at a teriyaki place before. Also, instead of just soft drinks, they have a good variety in a fridge from kid friendly juices to energy drinks.Plenty of parking in the area. Also, good dessert options nearby.

The waitress/cashier has a very bad attitude. Even though I tipped her generously, she has bad ignorance. I couldn't stand her way of handling customers.

This was exactly what I expect from a teriyaki restaurant. Delicious, inexpensive and great portions. The food is cooked perfectly, veggies have a crunchy texture, everything is just amazing.

An easy drive from our house, the reviews suggested this would be an ideal spot for teriyaki. I decided to order in house. The lady working the register and running orders (literally) to the tables (there are a reasonable number of them for large parties if you tend towards group teriyaki outings) was really nice and got my order perfectly. Food prices have risen, and I don't think it's fair to pin the blame on individual businesses so that places no bearing on my review. 28 is no different. I paid about $15 per order of chicken teriyaki with a side of fried rice. Sadly, they use Styrofoam which adds a guilt factor into ordering from them. But that may be a moot point considering the food was just okay. I ordered from them almost two weeks ago and even squinting at the pic I took, I have nearly no memory of it on my palate. I have such good memories of Seattle-area teriyaki and I know I'll keep trying until I can find a reasonable facsimile of it in southern WA. :)

I’ve gotten take out from this place before, but I haven’t dined in until just recently. The food is really good and it got to our table fast! The service was good too, just minimal interaction with the staff because you order at the counter and buss your own table. I had the tofu teriyaki bowl and it was delicious. I’m always nervous about ordering tofu because you never know how it’s going to be cooked, but it was better than I expected! This place has great quality food for an exceptional price.

Got shrimp yakisoba and it was tasty. She gave me egg drop soup, too, which was nice. Best part is they give you siracha, soy, and teriyaki so you have everything you need to dress it up how you want. Super friendly service and fast, too.

By far and away, the best Ichi Teriyaki in Vancouver, WAGreat food and wonderful service. I had shrimp yakisoba and my husband had chicken Katsu. The wait time was less than 10 minutes. All condiments provided. I must recommend their kimchi coz I believe they are delicious! The price is reasonable considering the inflation but truly they worth it. A must try chicken teriyaki place. So, if you have the chance and your out and about, please come out to this awesome place and meet the wonderful hostess

This has always been my favorite location for several reasons. But as of lately. They changed their hours and always still seem to end up closing early... it's very disappointing not sure the point of having business hours if you don't follow them.. several times now you will call an hr before closing and they just won't answer. Again very disappointed this has been happening daily.
