I've been here before and had a much better impression. The hosts and servers were friendly, but our food took an hour and arrived cold. I had the bacon jam eggs Benedict and it was bleh, even after they reheated it. I took my side of pancakes home and they were good the next morning.Kid-friendliness: They have a nice kid's menu- lots of selections and age -apprpriate.

Araceli I believe was the girls name working tonight 4/18. Boyfriend and I stopped in late for a bite. She was running the whole floor by herself and there were quite a few tables. Her service was prompt, her attitude was great, and overall we were in and out quick! Araceli is great at her job and I hope this company treats her as the asset she is to their team! Shoutout to the kitchen as well for quick turnaround on delicious food. Super happy with the service tonight.

First off, service was excellent our server was prompt and kind she was wonderful! Other than service the rest of the night was awful. Our food came out semi cold, and to my surprise with hair buried under my hashbrowns! They offered to take the meal off the ticket but nobody seemed surprised...while waiting for the meal alot of yelling between servers and cooks was going on which was definitely noticeable on a quiet night...it was awkward. When leaving I glanced over and saw the cook in the window and still no hair net or hat, all around gross!

Food lack luster in my opinion, originally asked for crepes and they were out hashbrowns cold pancakes not cooked all the way soggy in the middle, asked for sausage got bacon. Waitress seemed distracted

Manger jennifer was amazing she helped the staff out with my questions. The food was amazing and came nice and hot .Dietary restrictions: Gluten free stuff was easy to find
Was charged an additional cost for an item that was included in the meal. Initially the waitress argued that it was an additional cost and I had to show her the menu. It took three times for the bill to come back correctly. Overall her attitude was irritated that any changes had to be made and also that she did not have change for my $20 bill.Not eating at IHop by the VanMall again.
