The staff will refuse any customers about half an hour before closing. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes, trying to get someone’s attention. There were 2 cars behind us as well. Tried calling the store multiple times, and they let it ring through. On the third time, they picked it up, and laid it on the counter, they never spoke into the phone in anyway. Not sure if it’s because none of the staff knew English, I could hear them speaking Spanish about “the phone” yet no one made an attempt to speak. Poor customer service, and if you are going to refuse customers at a certain time, then just change your hours to reflect that. It’s just disrespectful to turn the lights off 15 minutes before closing and ignore the people who have been waiting in your drive through for you.

The store was dirty. Nobody was at the counter when I arrived for my order. They told me they didn't have my order so I showed the order. They told me it was given to someone else then refused to remake it and walked into the back of the kitchen. Awful staff. Awful experience. This place is awful.

Every time I go here I change something on the food item I order and the crew gets it right every time. They should get a raise. the times I go are between 9pm to 10pm or 6am to 7am great team awsome work.

The usual good fast food experience. Mediocre food, the young man running the drive through window was good. The milkshake strawberry I enjoyed decently. The mini pancakes were sub par not great. The jack in the box taco we edible and OK as per usual. Inflation made everything not worth it. This inflation is not OK fellow citizens we need to stand up and stand together and put a stop. If we all refuse to work (all Americans) and refuse to pay rent or anything they couldn't fire everybody if we united and stood against it like I suggested.

very bad customer service I think this is the first bad review I've ever written I wanted to use the restroom first and then order and the lady refused to let me use the bathroom I get the bathroom issue you can usually tell who's going to use use the bathroom or abuse it
