Went on my lunch break, paid in dirge thru, waited, 5 min past okay, then 10 min past after 15 minutes passing and cars getting pissed behind me I honked, ignoredHad to honk 3 times to finally have them grab the bag and give it to me with no sauces no silverware and barely any rice or chicken, great 5 min to eat in my break so that’s lovely

Took a long time at the drive-thru for a smashed Jack. It took much longer than other fast food restaurants. Super slow. I think they may have been slaughtering the cow. I couldn't tell the difference between a regular burger and smashed. The smashed didn't have the crispy fried ends that I have had at other burger joints. Curly fries were good.

They are never open as late as it states on their website/google.The floors are always greasy and slippery and honestly give me the chills. The bathroom is something I do not use due to the lack maintenance and cleaning. The service is literally 50/50 either you get someone who is impatient and rude. Or the exact opposite, which isn’t to much of a problem until I drive there 20min before closing and the 1 person inside tells you they’re closed. And if they are not…. You get a burger made with so little effort, it may or may not be what you ordered. It feels like playing a slot machine. And we’re hoping we hit the jackpot. I am honestly surprised this location is still operative. Typically if any of the surrounding business are open, we’ll go to those first. Even if we had our hopes set on “Jb”. It just doesn’t seem worth it .The one take home, well that’s if at least they remember to put in your bag. The impossible burgers are some of the tastiest in town.I don’t believe this is as simple as an employment problem. I’ve been going there since 2010, and nothings really changed, Minus a remodel. It has seemed to progressively get worse. Almost like corporate hasn’t been there since the building went up. I think “JB” could compete with the tacobell & Carl’s Jr next to it. their strength is in the staffing and the ability to be open later. But it means nothing if the building literally looks closed anytime after 7pm. The tacobell across the street had a drive thru line that was in the street! The business is there. But “JB” doesn’t seem to want to compete.

Terrible store. They don't appear open cause they have all the lights off around the building. And of course she didn't give me my sandwich for my meal and of course didn't notice till I was home. Don't go here the girl has a snappy attitude on top of poor service and being ripped off.Update. I went back for breakfast today. Figured, different crew would get different results maybe? Not the case. I ordered 1 breakfast sandwich and a shake. I ordered sausage and got ham.. how freaking hard is it to get a simple order right ffs??
