I accidentally ordered from a different store not realizing until I got here and without any hesitation they got right to making my order genuinely incredible customer service, I didn't think about how my phone GPS bounces around sometimes when I'm driving so I ordered from the closest one in a super big rush, and I ofcourse ordered from the wrong one, and they remade them without even a second thought again, way too good of customer service

It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get a smoothie. When there is a line out the door it’s probably a bad idea to make the new girl who has to look at the recipes be the only employee making the smoothies.

I usually love going to this place. But lately all the young people that are being hired aren’t being properly trained or they just don’t care. I had teeth pulled, and the only thing that sounds good is a Jamba Juice, of course and the kid who made our drinks was in such a hurry I got home to not have the correct drink. And yes I did get all the way home because I can’t use a straw. I’ve called four times and no one answers their phones…. Honestly.
