Can’t even make a sandwich correctly. Ordered a number 16, got chicken onion and cheese. WTH? Didn’t know it was that complicated to put on the included peppers. Tried to call, goes straight to full voicemail. What a joke! Since when did everyone stop caring about what they do? Oh never mind, it’s all Covid’s fault! I forgot, my bad! Y'all suck!

Well, I know you guys don't probably make the meats but we just ordered a couple of sandwiches, roast beef in piticular had absolutely no flavor, I let a couple other family members try it thinking I had Covid or something and they all concurred. No flavor at all. Honestly, couldn't eat half of the regular sandwich.

I just gotta say...if you haven't tried the "Big Kahuna Cheese Steak" then you are missing out!! I swear...every time we order this sandwich it gets better and better!! Honestly my new favorite sandwich!! Full of flavor!! Lots of meat!! And the melted cheese with the sauteed peppers, onions Mushrooms and Jalapeños...OMG!!!???? definitely buying again!!

Jersey Mike's is delicious. If you want to have a delicious sandwich don't hesitate to go here. My husband and I go often and are rarely disappointed. The worst thing that happened was they went a little light on the juice. Even then, the sandwiches were awesome.

Been coming here since the owner was at Jantzen Beach, Very seldom do they ever answer their telephone for orders, The bread appears to be smaller as well as the fillings, which is the number 56, and then we’re being told prices are going up again because of The minimum wage increase?? it would be different if the sandwiches stayed the same but very inconsistent!!!!

I screwed up and accidentally ordered pickup. Was able to put in another order for delivery. Amy and her team made it happen with the Dasher and even was so kind as to do oil n vinegar on the side for the 2nd order so it wouldn't get soggy for the next day.Everything was perfect per usual.You guys made my night and tysm!
I went in to get a sub last night. They had five people behind the counter and they told me they couldn’t make me a hot sub because they needed more people there and there was only one person dining in in the restaurant I’m not going back there because they won’t make me a hot sandwich when there’s five people on staff..

I had ordered, paid and went to get my drink and put my stuff down and the guy behind the counter yelled in front of everyone with an agitated tone "what is it that is going on your sandwich ma'am". They got busy pretty quickly so I am sure this jimmy John's doesn't need my business and since I did not appreciate being yelled at, I will go else where.

Great food except the allergies I told them I am allergic to jalapeños and went in the store in person and requested that they made it in the opposite side of the grill for lack of cross contamination however 20 minutes after eating my food I started to have a reaction and break out in hives and get really itchy next thing I new I started to have a lot of trouble breathing disappeared to say the least
