Margarita Factory, is consistent. Which is very important to me. The salsa they make is really tasty, it isn't a spicy one though and I'm not sure if they offer one. The chips are warm, thin and crispy and salted well but not too much! I always get beans and rice here no matter what I decide to order. I love the fajita dilla and nachos from happy hour. The enchiladas are good here as well to me. A good starter are the jalepeno poppers they have I definitely suggest it! They have a good drink menu and make some pretty unique and fun cocktails here, the Cadillac Margarita is always a good choice If you can't decide what to get. Great choices of Tequila of offer high end Tequila as well here.

The margaritas are huge (with so many options), the atmosphere is social, the food is generous, I’ll give it 5 starts because of the amazing service, but it’s definitely a “$$ night out”

Waitstaff was surprisingly inattentive, considering we were one of two tables in use, during our mid-afternoon visit. Even so, the drinks we ordered were large and flavorful, some more potent than others (the AMF Tea is stronger than the Panty Dropper by far, for example, but that's to be expected), and pricy. It's hard to get away with spending less than $100 here, even during Happy Hour. Our four drinks, one apppetizer, Happy Hour tacos and a dessert brought us right to the threshold. Still, it's hard to beat the variety of cocktails and margaritas on offer here, and one never argues with the wife, if he knows what's good for him...haha!-1 star for priciness and mostly absent waitstaff.
