Korean BBQ is one of our favorites. We have been here a lot and it is generally busy on the weekend so there is almost always a wait, which is fine for us. The service is typically pretty good, but It was lacking a lot this last visit. Our server would leave and not come back for some time, and when we would ask for something, he would say I'll be back, and he wouldn't. We asked for forks, and he only brought 2 for our party of 5 and said, "I had to go wash these myself." I understand that places are short staffed, but something as necessary as cutlery? It's NOT cool. It definitely made us regulars feel like we should find a new Korean BBQ spot.

This is obviously a popular place, but my group didn't enjoy it. The bibimbap sauce was fermenty, which we weren't expecting and didn't enjoy. There wasn't any soy sauce, which we would've enjoyed more. The service was okay enough, but it looked like the poor servers were understaffed and being split in many directions (hopefully not an ongoing problem). We spent $98 on 3 a la carte meals, 2 appetizers, and 3 fountain drinks and didn't finish most of our meals. Appetizers were good though.

Food and service was great. The table that we sat at was under a fresh air vent and it was freezing on one side of the table and it blew the smoke in the face of the people on the other side. Just that particular table. It was weird. But the food was amazing. Will go back for sure. 100% worth the money.

Great Korean BBQ experience overall. Loved grilling my own food but you do have the option of having the food cooked in the kitchen and brought out to you. It’s a lifer atmosphere because it’s usually busy and there are TVs on around the vicinity of the dining area. Service does their best and isn’t always 100% (for example, if one member of your party orders soup and others decide to grill, expect the soup diner to eat later than everyone else). This is my go-to for Korean BBQ and I will continue to dine here!

This place is great! The food is amazing (wouldn't mind a couple more spicy options, though) and they were very generous with the portions and delivery. The only complaint I have is that the place is very noisy and echo-y, which is made worse with the loud music playing. With the place only 15% full, it sounded like a sports bar or karaoke bar.Would definitely go back again.Dietary restrictions: They have clearly marked Gluten Free options, which was great for my friend who cannot have gluten.

I have to say I wouldn't want to visit this place again for starters to do the all you can eat buffet at $34.99 each is a lot of money... I had the coconut curried chicken which when I ordered I did ask if it was breast meat and was assured it was but when it came there is no way that it was breast meat...I didn't feel that we received great customer service.. I do have to be honest though and say it's obviously a very popular place because there were many people there but it's not for meMy husband ordered chicken yakisoba & spring rolls

Food is good as always, though there were a few things we tried that did not suit our palates. My wife and I went for our 14 year anniversary being together. We were lucky to be seated immediately and got Stan as out waiter. He was literally the best waiter I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. He was funny, very attentive to his tables. When I asked for a bottle of Yogurt Soju, I didn't know that a cocktail existed with the same name and he only charged me for what I was asking for. The cocktail has an entire bottle in it and is a bit pricier than the bottle itself normally, and is amazing. We even had a slight fire in our grill, due to the water in the bottom having boiled off, and Stan quickly set to work resolving that. Some people may have issues with having to cook their own food at the table, but that is part of the experience and it is all you can eat. Well worth having dinner there for me and my wife and Stan is well worth the tip if you get him as your waiter.
