You guysss, sooo good! Yum! So glad we tried it. I got the quesa birria ($10) that comes with an 8 oz consome & it was so yummy! The portion size is smaller than some places - I could eat it all this time! And I’m left not over full, I could probably fit a small taco next time too lolAlso, my hibiscus drink from them was really yummy too! Not overly sweet but still sweet. =) service was awesome! I appreciate the benches for seating. You got some happy customers, we’ll be back! Thank you :)

The food has never disappointed and the jamaica is DELICIOUS, the perfect balance of sweet and tart. I also appreciate that the consome is included and packed in the box for you. (I don't like to rag on other businesses, and it's a small complaint, but come on...)

I highly recommend this place! If I had to describe it very beef broth like but very very good! That have a huge menu so be ready to struggle on what to eat because it all looks good!

I came from San Diego to Washington for vacation, and I stopped at Birrieria La Vaca Loca and all I have to say is incredible, fantastic, amazing!!! The best Birria I’ve ever had, I loved the environment and everyone is amazing!! Jackie is so welcoming, not only is the food incredible but the customer service is wonderful too!!! Even the Salsas are delicious. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for delicious authentic Mexican cuisine that makes you feel at home.

Hands down THE BEST BIRRIA in Vancouver!!! I went when they first opened a year ago and back then it was top notch. Then they closed for a year and every where I tried, the birria was sub par to this place. Lo and behold they are open again with posted hours!!! Their birria is the best!!! To the person who left a review about a staple in their burrito...they dont even sell burritos. Geez!!! This place is amazing and the only bad thing is that after you have had this place...no other birria will do. La Vaca Loca for the win!!!

First time visiting and the food was amazing. We tried the street tacos, the birria quesadilla and the birria ramen. All were prepared fantastically. The red and green sauces were very flavorful highly recommend the red if you enjoy a good hot sauce/salsa. We will be visiting again and highly recommend them to anyone in the area or just passing through.
