When I walked in, there was an overwhelming stench of death that assailed me. When I came to the counter, a sizable chud with glasses greeted me, but didn’t even call me “sir”. I didn’t serve 45 years in the army to not be referred to as “sir” but some little boy in his little pizza uniform. Needless to say, I am flabbergasted. Little Caesars, do better. Otherwise. The pizza was wonderful. It tasted the cardboard. Fortunately, I don’t have taste buds anymore, and thus this pizza really satisfies my desire for flavorless circles of plaster. Beyond this, I tried to give the counterboy my number, but he rejected me and said “you should be in a home”. I slapped him silly and am now BANNED! WHAT THE HELL LITTLE CAESARS. The noid disapproves!!!

This location is the worst! These idiots alowed another customer to take half of the food I ordered... then by the time they gave me my full order, the first half was cold.... The manager or person in control told me they were tired of me complaining? I've never had any issue before this... and now this guy is telling me that I'm in the wrong... he was very confused, disresectful and I will call corporate! I've never said anything bad about any restaurant ever! I've never complained, but this guy says that I'm the problem... all I asked for was a fresh order.. and all I got was disresectful attention to my order .I do not intend on ever eating at an establishment that treats thier customers as if I am asking for a free meal. I was a paying-tipping customer..I made a huge mistake by tipping them for a to go order,! that they refuse to make right....! Please ... do not ever tip these people, or even eat there. They will not honor your patronage... the only recourse they offered me was cold and expired food to recompense for thier mistske... what a slap in my families face, we all were very discouraged and forced to go Another place for dinner... No customer should have to feel like this...

Went in for a pick up. Was told there would be a wait. Which was fine since I didn't know anything other then this was a busy location, but I noticed the employee was the only guy working and was way over worked. I saw a now hiring sign and said out loud, "oh you guys are hiring, do you know if it's for weekends"?Before I could even finish the question the employee poked his head around his work station and shook his head no repeatedly, not saying anything just shaking his head repeatedly no. I said nothing else.If I owned this store I'd be happy people would be interested in helping out, but I guess not. I can't really say I accept the long wait if they won't accept new help.

Worst customer service ever! Our pizza was undercooked and falling apart. When I called to see if I could bring it back and have it replaced the manager Carter said he wouldn't replace it and it wasn't undercooked even though he hadn't seen it. He was rude and condescending. I used to come here often but I will never be back after this. They never have pizzas ready and it's obvious they don't care about customers.
You get what you pay for here and absolutely nothing more it’s more of a if your in a pinch and need pizza

I ordered delivery through the little Caesars website. I ordered dipping sauce, I paid for it. It came with no sauce. I called little Caesars and the 12 year old manager who is the epitome of entitlement in this generation, actually said and I quote "what do you want me to do about it". He refused to assist me with anything outside of telling me to call tomorrow. This is the closest little Caesars and one I go to often. I am sad to say I will not be going back to this store ever again. And I will be telling everyone I know about this.

Upon entering the restaurant, an older gentleman who I think is the owner told me all that he had hot & ready to go pizzas, it felt very rushed , I told him I want to look at the menu and decide. As I was looking at the menu he told me he had orders he had to fill and left the front counter just about when I was ready to order, I waited for a while , I took no longer than maybe three minutes looking at the menu. He did not come back to the counter, so I left the restaurant. I found him to be very rude and short. He should hire enough staff to cover the front counter. I will never go here again due to the poor service. If you appreciate good service, dont come here. This is the worst Little Caesars I've ever been to.
