The spectrum of good food ranges from miso soup, on site grill cook, abundant sushi varieties, crab, to many different desserts. It gets a bit crowded at times due to the great food!
Was from out of town looking for some japanese food and found makoto!!!amazing food great value and variety loved the fresh sushi!!and the seafood was delicious..will be going back!!!!

When it was very busy, the only part that felt crowded was the waiting area. The seating is comfortably spaced, and the flow of the buffet was smooth. I WILL be back
Went with a couple of friends, and both agreed with me that the majority of the food tasted like low quality fish. Like tuna from a can.Saving grace was the other food that tasted fine. You just had to gamble, which tasted fine and tasted like you licked a beach. Had to write off any sushi here, and we came there FOR sushi.
