Being an Englishman I normally go in on Monday or Tuesday to watch EPL or Champions Lge. Soccer at the bar. I nearly always have Mariah as my waitress she is spot on always has a smile and a kind word and her service is top notch.

Went in tonight for dinner tonight with an out of town friend. Mariah was incredible. Never needed or waited for anything.Food was awesome as usual. Drinks spot on. Great family business.Mariah sad to only give 5 stars, you rocked it tonight.

So I left the restaurant just now where there was an incident, my nephew dropped my phone behind the booth and unfortunately there are not removable with the builder coming in to take it apart. The staff was absolutely AMAZING! I left and got hangers and they tried to get it while I was gone and sadly the couple at the table next to use complained to them and my friend that kids shouldn’t be there and because we were there the experience was horrific and they needed a number to call and complain about the service they received based on a child that had nothing to do with them. I want to make sure their manager knows that the gentleman was an uptight piece of “you know”. Your staff on 4/2/24 are beautiful humans inside and out and this is by far some of the best service I have ever received at a restaurant! I will be calling tomorrow as well to praise them.

Don't be deterred by the prices, because the experience is worth it.The Front of House (FoH) staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly, always providing a welcoming atmosphere. They helped me navigate the menu and decide what I truly wanted to order for takeout, even though it wasn't specifically listed on the menu last night.There are plenty of photo opportunities with interesting lighting in various areas, as long as you're mindful of not blocking pathways.Thank you Margarita Factory Staff & Crew! ????Vegetarian options: The menu does hint that you can easily get sour cream or other dairy items excluded, upon request. I know everything on the menu is great and personally enjoy grilled veggies with guac added to items, but for protein replacement, you may want to bring your own protein bar ?Dietary restrictions: Just say no dairy or no meat or whatever it is you desire. They got you ?✨

We have been coming here since the place opened off and on. They do such a good job here on all levels. The food quality is excellent. The service makes you feel like you're at a nice resort somewhere awesome. The decor is fantastic. The drinks and food are priced at a premium, but you get what you pay for. If you are looking for an excellent night with your family, friends, wife or other, this is the spot. Our server Felipe was top-notch. He treated the both of us with the upmost respect, professionalism and overall friendly demeanor. We enjoyed our experience so much that we actually took time to tell the manager how great it was. The entire time we witness the bar staff working their butts off to deliver. We will be back
