As expected. Very courteous service. Fast delivery. Good communication. We went through the drive thru. We had to wait in "spot 1" while our food finished cooking. In a couple of minutes, they brought it out. I appreciate when restaurants usher cars to waiting areas. I like knowing my order is not stalling the flow and that the restaurant cares about that too. We asked for one of our quarter piuners to have tomatoes, and it did. No disappointments, no curve balls. Reliable McDonald's fare. Thank you, Hazel Dell, McDonald's.

I am not one to hastily pen negative reviews, but my recent visit to McDonald's warrants a candid recount of the unexpectedly poor service and numerous mistakes that occurred throughout my order.First and foremost, my simple request for a chocolate shake without whipped cream was blatantly disregarded not once, but three times. The absence of attention to detail became increasingly clear when the shake arrived, not as I had explicitly asked but crowned with a generous dollop of whipped cream, an ingredient I have an aversion to.Moreover, upon examining our takeaway, it was apparent that our order was incomplete. The strawberry pie which we were looking forward to enjoying was missing altogether. An oversight such as this is not only disappointing but also disrupts the meal experience.The errors continued when it came to our main course. Despite careful selection of our sandwich, the Big Mac that we received bore no resemblance to what we had ordered. It seemed that an error had occurred upon entry into their system, which resulted in us receiving the wrong item.To add insult to injury, the store's receipt machine was out of order. This malfunction deprived us of the opportunity to review our order for accuracy and further complicated the potential for rectifying the situation with customer service.Finally, a simple customer service interaction concluded this series of unfortunate events when the cashier responded with an eye roll as I requested a drink carrier. Such an expression of annoyance is unprofessional and conveys a disregard for customer satisfaction that should never characterize a visit to a reputable establishment.It is with regret that I reflect on this experience. Despite the convenience of having McDonald's within close proximity to my home, the culmination of oversights and lack of service quality has led me to resolve that I will go the extra distance to another location, even if it means crossing the bridge to Portland, in pursuit of a more enjoyable experience.I can only hope that this feedback prompts McDonald's to address these service issues so that other customers do not have to endure a similar ordeal.

This was during the snow storm waiting at the drive-thru order thing forever it seemed like if I drove around the window and I found the guy with his headset off and playing with his hair when asked if I can order he was trying to take the next guy's order it was behind me he completely ignored me and he told me I had to get back in line by that time there was 10 cars in line cuz he was playing with his dreadlocks I didn't get any food that night

The food satisfied my post partum/breastfeeding cravings like no other. I was so hungry I couldn't cook for myself so I grabbed the baby and off we went, to the great golden arches. However, my meal is funding genocide which really sucks...pretty wierd..anyways. that's all.

We used the drive thru for this visit! The person working the drive thru was very friendly and made good conversation while we waited. She took the time in the short window we were there to ask us questions and be friendly with us! They were super busy, so she had to have a little bit of a higher stress level, but she didn’t let it show! Great job McDonalds off 99th st in Hazeldell!
