I would give a zero star if it allows. This place is officially haunting me!!So here’s what happened this morning which is very much traumatizing to me and to some of the customers there. I am sorry but the employees there are super rude and cruel. And they sounded like a gangster.My husband ordered and went to pick up for the whole family of 6. We have 3 kids and my mother in law is visiting. When he came back there’s one burger missing. So my husband called and they basically said oh ok come back to pick it up. So I jumped in, knowing my husband is always a little too soft, and I asked her don’t you think you should make it up for your own mistakes? And she said I can’t do anything. And then when I insisted she just hanged up on me.So I went to the store and asked to speak to whoever that’s on the phone and they said she just left. What? Like it was only 20 minutes or something. And then this lady told me she was on the phone first and without making sure I know it, she transfers my call to a second person, and that’s the person who hang up on me. And they looked at me like “I’m going to punch you in the wall face.”So I was obviously angry and frustrated. And I said something like you just basically hang up on me without me knowing it. And now I wonder if they are doing it on purpose and if they are doing it repeatedly. Please speak out if they do that to you too. And she refused to apologize for that until I got her manger involved. And also I still have no idea who the hell is the manger??? They all claim to be!!!To their credit they did return my payment and replace my order and gave me a number claiming to be the owner’s. Well, who knows. I left a voicemail anyways saying I don’t fell safe and comfortable coming back for me and my family and friends.Phew, putting things down does help ease with the anxiety. Thanks for reading!

They served up two Filet o Fish in no time at all. The fries were fresh and hot. And the coke always seems more crisp and tasty from this restaurant than any other McDonald's.
They are really nice and polite and it’s fun to get food there because it tastes better when the people are so great. At other places I’ve been treated so bad I don’t want to eat no more. I’m so poor and when I get to buy food it’s like a special occasion so it’s really wonderful that I always get such great food. I’m over weight but I still love their fries and thanks every one.

Most awesome service, great attitudes, the food was piping hot and everything was done just right. Well one mistake. We asked for a shamrock ☘️ shake and got a strawberry shake. But, was quickly handled and we even got a little laugh out of it.Great work for the stage that day. Keep smiling and keep it up.

Seriously the best McDonalds in Vancouver, staff always sounds pleasant and smiles, fries are always hot, they never mess up my order. Major props to all the employees and management here!
