Went with my daughter. She had a brownie and Tillamook ice cream and I had the hammer head veggie burger with fries (they make their own sauces bbq on the side was great!). Both delicious and the view / atmosphere was AMAZING! This is our new go to spot and I would recommend it to everyone!

Scenic eatery on the river. Their selection of sandwiches were better before COVID. Parking can be challenging during busy hours. Fish & chips are small. The 19th hole sandwich is my go to. Ordered fish and chips. $22 a plate. Portion was super small and was covered with oil that tasted old. Small coleslaw was so warm and tasteless. At least few days old. Plate was dirty from whatever people eat before on the edges. Overall terrible experience.

Three of us went for lunch on a Saturday at about 1 pm. We had an appetizer of Cajun Tots which were a lot of tots! They could have been seasoned a bit more but they were good. Mains were the JR Deluxe burger approx. $20, Blue Cheese Burger approx. $20 (not sure if that's what it's called) & Lunchbox special: Toasted Albacore Tuna 1/2 sandwich w/ clam chowder & salad $12.The food was good and the service was outstanding! There was a bit of a wait for the food but not bad for a busy Saturday Lunch.I really can't wait till it gets warmer and sit outside overlooking the Columbia River!Nice atmosphere although I really felt like the tables & booths were really crammed together. Made it hard for people to walk around including servers.With the addition of 2 beers & 1 coffee total bill was approx. $93.

I've been coming to McMenamins for the last 25 years. This was PRICE GOUGING at it's finest. The whole menu was crazy high for a pub. $22 for (2 small-sized pieces of) fish and chips. The fish looked like it came from a frozen bag and was dumped into the fryer. It was okay but not what I expect for the price. The coleslaw looked to be 3-4 days old. Couldn't eat it. Just awful. How can you mess that up?The server was fine. She took off the soup from our tab as it was not liked by my guest. She was friendly for sure. No issues there.But all in all, I felt it was extremely overpriced for what we received. I don't think I can eat at another McMenamins. We used to go there all the time. Back when the hummus plate was $7.75 and now it's $18. I know, you want to blame inflation. BUT price gouging is a thing and I'm seeing it more. At least give us good food.

We got hit with ice, splashed with water when they banged the dishwasher tray repeatedly on the counter in front of us. We asked the hostess to move to one of the tables by the bar. Our server rolled her eyes when we did, we would have asked her, but she never came back after we got our drinks. From that point on we never received service again. Was never asked if we wanted more drinks or anything. I had wanted to order food to go for my husband, but wasnt able to. I had to get up and go to the manager at the bar to pay. All he could say was, oh we forgot about you over there, never apologized. I mentioned that our burgers were stone cold when we got them. Again, no apology, just said thanks for letting me know. Very flippant. Not handled well. Don't think this place will be on our roster any more. Will be finding a new spot for business lunches too. Unfortunate. But plenty of new places to choose from on the river to go.We also had a 35-40 minute wait for our food, but that was because the sun was out on the river!! : )

Rude treatment by hostess.. I should have seen it coming...Was told we would be waiting 10 to 15 mins. No problem... then we saw several other parties who came after us.. seated before us. At the 36 min mark, and all of these other walk ins getting seated, I lost my patience. Plenty of open tables and clearly being ignored. We left. Won't ever go back to that location. Instead I'll spend my money where it is welcome. And I tell will tell EVERYBODY I know, and I know a LOT of people, to not patronize that location. It's not worth the trouble/ attitude.

So far we've enjoyed everything we've tried. Seating on the patio was nice, the heaters are warm. Could have used refills, also the pop wasn't as carbonated as it should be. This time we had the salmon sandwich and the grilled turkey bacon sandwich. There was about a 20 minute wait on a nice Friday evening.
