I did not have a good experience at this MOD location, though I have had good experiences at other MOD locations (recently the one in Ridgefield). I ordered my pizza well done/extra crispy and it was far from it. When I asked to have it cooked more (the way I ordered it) I was told "no" because they had already played it. When I ordered it the same way at the Ridgefield location the nice young man actually called me up before he played it, showed it to me and asked if it needed to cook longer (I said "yes") and he did. Now that's customer service. I won't eat at the BG location again because they don't give you that option and frankly they aren't very nice.

A friend loves their pizza and it's good. I don't care for the crust and I think the sauce is a bit sweet. Great value for your money though!

OMG... at the counter ordering 5 pizzas and it took over 25 minutes just to order and put toppings on.... after standing in line for over 40 minutes. This is ridiculous! There were also four young boys running and chasing one another through the restaurant running into people, tables, chairs and the wall. Where the heck is management or competent workers.

I thought about giving a higher rating on the food. But it's pizza. It's good pizza. Nothing wrong with it. I just reserve higher ratings for non fast foods.Great staff, friendly and polite.

We got to meet Sophia for the first time tonight and just wanted to drop a big thank you for making our visit super special! ? She’s a rockstar - hardworking, super kind, and honestly made our day better.It was a bummer to see she didn't get much backup from the rest of the crew, though. Even with a full team on deck, it was disappointing to see staff standing around while she was hustling. And, not cool, but we noticed one teammate wasn’t very nice to her, which didn’t feel right. The way he talked to her was very frustrating for how awesome she did. Maybe need to revisit teamwork. Keep up the good work Sophia!

Ive been here multiple times, and each time I had to ASK to pay for my food. They literally didnt have a person/process that i could see for taking payments aside from an empty pay station. The food was good and if you like free pizza I guess this is the spot...

I got extremely sick with food poisoning due to outdated/ bad mushrooms. The pizza had a foul odor and was not the usual crispness but soft and heavy. Please be more aware of dates of products before putting them on

Definitely going down hill. Opened with a great model.The speed/efficiency has vanished. A similar crowd used to take 15-20 minutes to order. Tonight it took 40+ minutes.No greeting when you walked in and the restaurant was uncomfortably cold (66°F inside / 51°F outside)Online and call in orders seem to get priority. This appears to be a growing trend, with many food establishments, where the customer in front of you is set aside.
