They need to update their online hours of operation. Google maps shows open till 9pmBut it’s been several times where I have a craving and show up 6-7 pm and they’re closed.

I understand unsafe weather but update your hours online to make customers aware also don’t give conflictive info over the phone I specifically called and was told they were staying open until a certain time!! Than as I pulled up in my car they locked the door as I was walking up! 3 hours early! they looked puzzled I had even called in advance to see if they were open! Literally locked the doors in my face! Tonight I called and they answered online says open until 9 and they said oh we’re already closed! Why even answer the phone? Update your loyal customers!! We love your donuts and want to continue coming! Update your Google page with updates and early closures! It’s all good business practices!

We had the worst experience at this location. I took a couple children here as a treat to grab a donut. It was busy but they all waited quietly and patiently in line like everyone else. When it was our turn and we didn't order fast enough, the lady who was serving us got very rude. Said she had other customers waiting and wanted us to hurry up. I was shocked at her uncalled for attitude, especially because the kids were being polite and had waited patiently for their turn. I asked her if she wanted us to leave and she said yes. So we did and we went to Krispy Kream down the road. I will never go back to this horrible discusting place again. No one, including children should be punished or treated poorly when they are behaving and waiting for servicejust like other customers.

Reserving donuts for pickup in advance is worthless. I ordered specific donuts a day in advance, paid at the time of placing the order, and the next day when I went to pick it up they told me that they had ran out. Really not cool, especially when I needed specific kinds of donuts for an event I was going to.However, the man behind the counter was extremely polite and compromising, and offered me either a refund or a surplus of donuts to make up for not having exactly what I ordered. So they made up some points there. However, they either need to get rid of that feature on their website, or actually be able to reserve an order.
