Second time here. The first time through customer service was great, food was actually amazing, hot, wrapped nicely, and delicious, it was somewhat late at night one night surprisingly I found them open. Figured I would get dinner from here again a few months later... Unfortunately the customer service has taken a huge decline. I waited in the drive through for about 10min before someone answered, the food was definitely not up to Parr with what it was before it was cold, not very much flavor which was very disappointing considering the total came to $60 bucks..Most likely wont be coming back. unfortunately as it is very hard to find great authentic Mexican food in Vancouver or when there is it goes down hill quick because of management changes or cook changes or even recipes.

I have ordered the ground beef nachos with guacamole and sour cream. This is the best nachos I have tasted in the last year. I ordered delivery with door dash. Their adobada burrito is also fabulous. Their green salsa was great too.

EXPENSIVE AS FK ! Come here if you want to feel rich and broke at the same time. $18 for 3 tacos ! Food tastes good but no Mexican food should be that expensive. Poverty neighborhood, average taco joint with high end restaurant prices. Won’t be back. Unless the place next door is closed.

Man I’m so disappointed. I went to this Muchas for more than three years because I live extremely close by. One day the name suddenly changed but I thought I’d give it a try anyways because I had several friends tell me it was just Muchas but rebranded. I ordered a breakfast burrito and a large Horchata, The lids don’t even fit the cups so the entire drink dumped on me after two sips, and the two sips tasted like some kind of white water it was horrible. I’ve been getting Horchata from the Muchas here for years and they were delicious every time. Also they wrap their burritos in this thick extremely waxy paper so by the time you open it your burrito is all gooey and soggy and the wax is coming off it was absolutely a horrible experience. RIP Muchas

I ordered from this place on accident technically on Doordash. They're still labeled as Muchas and despite reporting them to DD it has not been changed. Our order was mostly wrong. The fries were mushy, and there was sour cream, tomatoes, and onions on the order that were not listed. Being that I'm allergic to sour cream I couldn't eat it and luckily got a refund from DD.EDIT: still not changed on Doordash or Uber. Still using Muchas menu.
*update: I tried them again and I had the same experience. Was left sitting in the drive through. It is 8:16, they advertise that they open at 8. Nada. I tried again due to their response to my review, but it was the same.It is 15 minutes past opening and we were sitting at the drive through, they never took our order. I called and it rang forever, they never picked up. Really bad customer service.

I liked it as Muchas Gracias better. It's the same good food just much more expensive now. No more specials. That's what I always went there for. My usual went from $8 up to $15. I was very disappointed. They didn't give us one of the burritos we ordered or a receipt so when i went back and told the lady she said she couldnt help me cuz i didnt have a receipt. I was not happy needless to say. I probably won't go there again. :(

Absolutely the most disgusting thing I've eaten in quite a while the nachos or what they refer to as nachos tasted like they dumped salt in it the meat was mushy and Luke warm after 2 bites and having others sample it to make sure it wasn't just me it went right in the garbage along with my son's enchilada dinner Absolutely foul won't ever make this mistake again
