Can't seem to understand why McDonald's in Portland and Gresham Oregon can sell 2 apple pies for $1.75 and in Vancouver Washington it's $3.89 I understand making a profit, but gouging customers is not good.

Ordered the cheeseburger classic combo meal that comes with 2 cheese burgers, 20 peice nuggets and 2 medium fries. One each for my 2 boys [they can really eat] by the time it was time to eat, they didnt even want to eat it. Everything was sooooo dry and had NO TASTE. Like it has been sitting out for hours and never been replaced with fresher food. It's sad because my kids never complain about eating McDonald's food, they are always excited until now. Now they are stuck eating the dried out, unflavored food, because we do not waste food in this household... I sure am gonna call cooperate tomorrow, because this is unacceptable!

Zero stars if it was possible. Ordered a happy meal and cheeseburger yesterday. Happymeal wasn't complete. It was missing the toy, and the nuggets. I called drove all the way back to McDonald's to have it fixed. Get home to feed my daughter and it's still not f'ing right! This time it was missing the apples. Careless lazy employees. Manager was nice but how do you screw up a Happymeal not once but TWICE? I will be calling North star restaurants today to complain because this isn't the first time my order has been missing items.

My little sister who is 16 worked at McDonald's for 3 day's, 6 hour shift, 5 hour, plus 3 hour orientation. she quit because how rude one of the managers were! When payday came around she only got paid for 7 hours! She called the manager and the manager said she sent the info over to north star, my little sister called north star and they gave her the run around and said she had to wait until the next pay period! I called to speak to someone and the person who answered the phone chuckled a little after I was done explaining why I was calling, she then transferred my call to an even ruder person! This lady was beyond rude she said the only person she was gonna talk to was my sister. Anyway the lady hung up on me after I asked why did my sister have to wait until the next pay period when their on fault.

Well, when I worked for McDonald's, customer satisfaction was a priority & if a customer was not happy with their order, we made it right. Immediately. Nowadays, it seems, its a hassle to make your complaint & having it resolved is a different story altogether.
