Order a cake for an 8" small birthday party upon getting the cake and getting to the event and opening the box the cake appeared very small, we measured and it was only 7" with the extra frosting we Order and less than 6" without the frosting. Very disappointing. We have been buying cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes for several years now and this is very dissatisfing and frustrating. We probably will not be back for future cakes.

Well the employees were weird and not friendly, but then that's everywhere now I guess. I should just be happy they showed up to work. Excellent cakes though. We got the carrot cake and it was just as good as homemade...and it didn't last long.

We always enjoy getting cakes from there. They are always moist and so good. We had a birthday party and ordered buntlets as well as a small cake. This way everyone got what they wanted. Worked perfectly. The service is always friendly and helpful.

Today my wife came in here (not out 1st visit). We both had emails for a bogo. When we came in we were assisted by Dee Dee. She was rude and unpleasant to both of us. My asked about the buntlets (mini bunt cakes) about buying them individually. Dee Dee's response was less then what it could have been. So after asking another question she gave a vage about the specialty favor and just points to the sign. In my opinion Dee Dee needs to be retrained, her customer service skills are terrible.
I picked up a red velvet bundt cake recently for my husband because it was his birthday. When he opened it up, there was a 1-2 inch long white human hair right on the top of the frosting. He was grossed out for obvious reasons. Needless to say, we won't be coming back here ever again.

I've ordered several times (via DoorDash) the last couple of months and the bundtlets do not disappoint! The quality and taste is always consistent! My favorites are the classic vanilla and confetti! The red velvet is delicious too just wish it didn't have chocolate chips in it. In need of a quick quality dessert, this is the place to go!
Having been to the Happy Valley location many times, the Vancouver location is comparatively disappointing. The parking lot is tiny, challenging to maneuver, and has very limited ingress and egress when getting in and out.Service was a bit odd, and may have been due to the employee perhaps having been new or undertrained. Despite the confusion, I was able to purchase the cake I went there for.The store interior is clean and bright. Prices are high, but the cakes really are a lot better than what one would expect. There are a wide variety of flavors and sizes, and there are seasonal and "special" flavors that are rotated out with some regularity.

My wife tried these at work and said that they are really good so stopped by to try one for myself. I got the individual carrot cake bundt and wow it was delicious. I love the buttercream frosting. The cake is really moist and the frosting is so smooth.

I'm going to start this review by stating that I've never had a Bundt cake that I liked... So earlier this week a person came into my business All American Classics on Fourth Plain Road, and gave us a Bundt cake to try out. Well it sat there in the box for a day and a half with nobody trying it, then my 21 year old son walks by it and says what's in the box. I said it was a cake that was left for us to try, take it home and try it. He did, and that evening, said it was really good, I reluctantly tried it. WOW..... was it not only fantastic, but possibly the best cake I have ever had!! There will definitely be more of these in my future.
