I believe the reason why my order took 10 min longer to deliver to my car was because of my $2 tip to walk it outside.Order done 12:50 after tip 1pm.All the pasta soaked in sauces, $40+ down the drain. Horrible for needing comfort food.No plans to return

I love this place. Everything I eat is delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Today I got the chicken fettuccine alfredo and forgot to tell the server that I wanted the crispy chicken with it. I remembered shortly before the food was brought to the table. I asked the server if it was too late and they made it happen. WOW!!! Made a great impression. ?

I was appalled with how the front desk lady (older African American woman) treated us for asking a question. Our waitress was busy with a huge table so we decided to ask someone else for a to go box. We already paid and just needed an extra box for one entree. I went to the front desk to get some help and was received with attitude. She was incredibly rude and dismissive. It felt as though we were inconveniencing her by simply being there. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was astounding

We had an amazing meal and attention at Olive Garden by Jennifer H. She was so attentive and made sure everything was perfect. This was the best birthday dinner I’ve had. We will definitely be back and we will specifically ask for Jennifer H!

Wow! How is this place still in business? As soon as we were taken to our seats it reeked of a disgusting smell! Secondly, the lights above our booth endlessly flickered for the whole hour we ate. Service was very low quality, not worth it. I wonder how this Olive Garden remains in business. Very trashy experience all together, The Old Spaghetti Factory is 100% better than this! Let’s just say, we still can’t stop laughing about this! ? It was definitely memorable and if that’s what you want I dare you to have your dinner here.

We've been here twice now, and they did not disappoint!! Food, service, and atmosphere are always perfect! It's our favorite place to go. We call this our "go to restaurant" now. The whole family can be satisfied and happy.Also their water is very tasty! They are always kind to my kids and smiling, which we appreciate so very much! I would consider Olive Garden a kid friendly family restaurant and environment! Which is really important to us. All staff treated us great! The food was amazing, and they have no problem making sure you're happy with your experience. We will be dining here again and again!Parking: This location shares their parking lot with a shopping mall, which makes it difficult for us to find parking.Kid-friendliness: Always very welcoming and friendly to kids of all ages.

7 of us one didn’t get her dinner at same time waitress apologized said they would get it right out, 20 minutes later it came, manager came out and apologized said would not have to pay for it. Very poor waitress, waiting for bill, finally had to get up and get another waitress to give us device to pay. Needless to say we won’t be back.

Horrible meal. Husband ordered soup and the tour of Italy. Soup was luke warm. His dinner plate came out hot but middle of food was cold and everything had a bitter taste to it. It was obvious old and microwaved. I had chicken margarita with garlic broccoli. The broccoli had so much garlic on it, it was not edible and all you could taste on the chicken margarita was pesto.Needless to say, we will NEVER go back.
