The "gangster manager" at Toco Bell in Lake Oswego is a joke, talks at you like like he's an important gangster. Won't be going to that location ever

Very unorganized. Unjust and illegal termination of employees and things like that

You guys have some issues that need to be fixed. I was at your Tualatin location this morning and not only was the price of the breakfast burritos wrong, the posted price was not honored by your crew. I waited for way too long at the counter to be served. There were five employees that I could see and they were running around, several of them claiming that they had never worked breakfast shift before. By the amount of action I saw back in the kitchen, you would think that there were a hundred people in line at the drive-thru. But I was the only person at the counter, besides the person who walked out, and only one person in line at the drive-thru. this is not the only location that I've had issues with specifically the Taco Bell at 205 and Stark. That place is a filthy mess.

First off- I eat at Taco Bell ALOT. I mean sometimes I go 7 days a week. The new Steak Reaper Burrito has been my all time favorite so far. Anyways, I take pride in the fact that I have been to most of the locations in Portland. Every time I see a Pacific Bells sticker on the drive thru window, I know that I can expect excellent service and hot, fresh food. Thank you to the Pacific Bells team!

The store in Neenah, WI is closed again for the whole day! Crew just walked out!
Somewhere between Washington and Mississippi Taco Bell values were lost. I cant get ahold of the store in Meridian MS on Hill Street bc the manager has taken the phone off the hook and it has been thia way now for 4 hours. The "Service Champions" (joke) are rude but a reflection of their management. Management allows store to close whenever the employees want because they are very lazy and have zero leadership skills. Remember bad employees come from bad management; which looks like it's a trickle down effect as noone in this corporate office will return my calls. Thankful to have been a YUM!Brand employee

There is absolutely no sense of urgency at the Taco Bell on Air Cargo Rd. I walked in to the dining room to place my order and it took over 5 min just to be acknowledged. The crew member who did acknowledge me asked if I was being helped. I said no. She asked another crew member if the person was on a break, that individual said he/she had left. This crew member made no mention that I needed to have my order taken. Fast food restaurants are anything but fast anymore. And fast dining service is the worst .
