When I asked about military discount they began speaking in Spanish to each other. When I asked again they simply spoke louder to each other. Then when my wife asks for some meat in her serving of broccoli beef she was denied. I felt very badly treated and likely not to return to this location.

All the time I came to get food something is missing, About a month ago I came to get food at night, it was 1 hour before close, they said they did not have enough meat for the 3 cub meals but for only two, then the next meat did not have enough, so I ask what they had available, I got shrimp, shrimp was all dry and seems to be from I do not know how long, the chicken on two of the cub was barely 2 pieces in each plate, the applecrisps were missing, and everytime we get the 3 cubs it is always missing the applecrisps, today it was the same, I told the cashier and she laugh and said "oh really", we are buying not get it for free. ?I got home, we got side of brocoli beef with no beef in it, called the store and they said they do not do that and at the end said they do not understand.

Long line outside with no one attending the intercom. Always short on something and you have to wait. The shift lead always takes breaks during rush hour. They cook fast and are off on the taste and are inconsistent. If you're in a hurry and looking for quality DON'T go to this branch.

The ladies working the front are the reason for my dissatisfaction! You should not plate one persons food before all the food for both orders are ready. Then, to walk away before we are done talking and saying we are gonna order drinks separately.Honestly have been to some amazing Panda express restaurants but this one is definitely not it!If you want great food like Panda but better go to Golden Tent!

This is absolutely hands down my favorite Chinese food in our area. It may not be 100% authentic Chinese but for on the go fast Chinese food it is always fresh and consistently very very good. The staff is also quite friendly and very helpful and the restaurant itself is always quite clean it has a basic restaurant feel nothing over the top but nothing that I would shy away from either.

This location is mediocre. It's really hit or miss in all areas. The food can be hot, fresh, and high quality when there is clearly a manager working. Otherwise the best options, or the items my family gets are nearly out, or we get the bottom of whatever is left. I recommend not coming after 9pm, because the options are less than ideal (they close at 10pm).I know I have never received a welcoming smile, or haven't been greeted at all. I'm not impressed with the level of customer service. Everyone who works here looks miserable. They all have their face towards the ground, and talk like mice. I have to ask for the person filling my order to repeat themselves at least once, because between the cross talk of employees either talking amongst themselves, or yelling across the kitchen I can't hear what the person on the other side of the glass is saying.Last time I was in the chow mein was out, and we had to wait 10 mins for it to be cooked. It seems to me like that would be something that would constantly be available. Then I added the shrimp which was an additional $2.50 to the order! I didn't realize until after I paid. I ordered a 3 meal plate with two meats, but still had to pay an additional $2.50 which I wouldn't have done, because it wasn't even that great. I wish this would have been clear on the menu, or I would have been told up front. Especially since I had to wait an additional 10 plus minutes for chow mein. It's no wonder this location is mostly dead. They need to re-vamp management at this location.Parking: The parking is plentiful, and there is a drive-thru at this location that is open. The one time I order via the DT the service was prompt.
I went today on 02-08-24, about 7:55 pm. to this restaurant to order food and I was very disappointed. I went to the bathroom and they don't have paper towels, bathroom was very dirty... About food, they don't have fry rice, and young asian girl offer me to get all rest of my order and I can get my rice in 6 minutes. I told her no, because is happening before in same place, intil rice will be ready, my food will be cold... I was waiting 8 minutes and rice was not ready, then one guy told me I have to wait 5 more minutes... Then I saw chow mein is gone and stake and I left... I don't recommend this place to anyone...

If you use the drive through you may have to wait an additional 30 minutes like several people experienced tonight. Talked to the manager Ricky he had no response and simply said they are busy. Not going back to that establishment. Poorly ran.
