The people at this location are terrible. I ordered a New York style pizza and it’s never the same each time I ordered it. I called to ask for an explanation and the associate argued with me and refused to let me speak to the manager. Customer service needs major improvement and the food isn’t great.

If your selling pizza maybe get someone answering the phone that doesn’t have a heavy accent. Also website says chicken bacon bbq pizza I didn’t ask for 75 percent of pizza to be covered with onions, also don’t ask for peoples card information over the phone that’s SUPER SKETCHY.

Ordered takeout. I ordered a meat pizza square cut. With banana peppers added and spicy sausage. When I got there I opened the pizza and it didn’t have banana peppers. I said hey it’s doesn’t have the peppers. So they offered to just put some on uncooked. I was like no. Then I noticed that they didn’t put the spicy sausage on it. They then said they would refund the two extra topping. After I got home I realized they didn’t even square cut the pizza. I never did see the refund of the two toppings

They messed up my order by not giving me a drink. They wouldn't refund the drink i didnt received. I was told I'd get a credit for the drink with my next purchase. they refused to deliver only a drink. I Asked for the general managers number was refused and hung up on. Terrible service and won't correct their mistakes won't order from them again

The pizza is starting to slip. The kast few pies i have bought did not taste as good as it used to. Tonights pie was poorly cut, must have been in a rush or a dull cutter.

Good pizza and fresh ingredients. This is my go to pizza place as it's pretty close to my home. All the staff there are really friendly. The place is always clean and I love the pizza here. I like to order via the iPhone app as it tells you where's the pizza is at in the process of being done.

Friendly front counter staff, but the actual problem and cause for the 2 star rating is the pizza was awful. 2 stars is generous, it was borderline undercooked, lacked flavor and toppings were sparse and haphazardly placed. Although this location is convenient, I’d rather a frozen pizza next time instead.

Oof. I've tried calling this location probably 10 times this week, looking to speak to a manager about a large order... Apparently you can do this by calling the store, and then pressing 5. Our business is hosting a community engagement night and we need 100+ pizzas, so calling the store the day of is not an option, and it would just not be a kind thing to do or expect.I couldn't reach anyone by pressing 5 (nor is there any type of voicemail set up), so I thought I would call the store order line directly to see if they could take a message for me. The answer was no. I was told to "call back 3 or more times." That the managers are busy during peak times.. But it was 3pm. Not sure what time I could possibly call at that it would be less busy. Lunch? Dinner?Look elsewhere if you are a business looking for a bulk pizza order.
