This is best place if you are looking for a good bahn Mi. They are just the right size for lunch. Definitely give it 5 thumbs up!!
Love Pho, in Vancouver, and it's not a Monday? LETS! DO! PHO HAVEN! My plus one and I went here on a sunny summer Sunday. We haven't had much Pho since 2019 as togo soups can be hit or miss. We were so thankful for the plentiful and clean space Pho Haven always keeps, plus the friendly and attentive staff. So clean. Love this place. Parking at Pho Haven is a treat because they have about 6 restaurant only parking stalls on the north side of their building. I found free shaded parking no problem. In case those slots are full, plenty of street parking both metered on Main and unmetered on the side streets. Seating is outdoor under umbrellas on a lower area, outdoor on the porch, or indoor. We sat on the porch outside with beautiful flowers. We went inside to be seated, as it says on the sign on the door. We grabbed a couple menus from the nice staff and headed to find our table. Not a soul there and we picked our favorite spot. The waitress came quickly and took our order my memory, something that always impresses me about Pho Haven. I'd probably forget what I ordered, but they never have. Amazing. Pork Lemongrass Banh Mi: flaky soft bread, fresh veggies, tender pork, and they now offer free substitutions for Mayo or avocado! I'm not a big Mayo fan and the free sub out for avocado made my heart sing. Never stop you beautiful minds at Pho Haven!! Flank & Eye Round Steak Pho (large): Mmm. Deliciously meaty but light and not oily broth. The pho here always has a surprising amount of meat at the bottom so I've learned to 'go fishing' with my bites! The tender meat will sink to the bottom, make sure to stir the noodles when they arrive so they cook evenly. I get some chili oil in mine and go to town. Dip the sandwich in the broth for a Vietnamese au jus experience you'll **chefs kiss** thank me for. Taro milk tea: they were out of bubbles so we got a milk tea instead. It made a great little sweet treat for the meal. Very creamy, not oily or gritty, mixed very well in both ratio and consistency. It doesn't sound like much, but I've had some weird stuff and Pho Haven's consistency is superb. The meat is always tender and never fatty. The staff is always attentive and friendly. The bread is always soft and flaky. Pho Haven is like having soup at your aunties. You walk in, they're smiling and you feel so welcomed. Maybe your options are confusing (stick to pho and sandwiches), but you pick a soup - any soup - and it's amazing. Enjoy the view, watch some puffy clouds roll pass, watch others roaming around while you sip on on soul filling bone broth. Take another sip and let it fill your bodily aches and weekly woes with the embrace of a long missed family member. You're home. It's all going to be ok. $
Long wait time; waited 45 mins for overcooked broken noodles, missing ingredients, and bad service. My whole family was very disappointed, it was the worst pho restaurant we have ever been to. way overpriced for the food quality.
Came here with my partner the other night, and had a great experience. We both had the pho with round eye beef, as well as the pork egg rolls. Everything tasted wonderful, and the outdoor patio seating was really nice. Highly recommend this place!
Ate dinner outside on the cosy porch. Best Pho food I have had in six states. Bravo Pho Haven, though I live in Yuma Arizona I will be joyfully back. Thank you.
Awesome little spot in uptown Vancouver. Their Vietnamese food is great. Plenty of different things to try. Pretty reasonably priced and you get a good amount of food. Overall, I would pick this place over a lot of other Vietnamese spots in Vancouver for its quality, good price point, and solid portions.
My family had high hopes for this restaurant based on the pictures and ratings, but the food quality and service we received was very disappointing. There was a long wait time--45 minutes for two veggie pho bowls and two vermicelli bowls. The vegetables in the pho were hard and chewy, vermicelli noodles over cooked, and not much toppings either. We also didn't get any tofu in the tofu/veggie pho. This restaurant seems to serve authentic taste, but the quality and service we received was upsetting.
Really good food, interesting place, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Lots to choose from with a wide variety for every taste. Try it, it's good.
Lotus salad, lemongrass chicken, Rocket Shrimp, spring rolls all very good. Combo pho was solid, but not a flavor stand-out. People are nice, location good. Parking available.
Terrific pho! I brought my girlfriend here for her first experience. Could not have been better. Do yourself a favor get the potstickers! The best potstickers I've ever had!! Just give the waitress a handful of all of your monies and tell her keep the pot stickers coming till the money runs out!!
I enjoyed a delicious grilled chicken bánh mì from this place. My only complaint is that I had to walk behind the counter to use Apple Pay since the card reader was out of reach.
Food is tasty and healthy. The outdoor space is abundant and great view of Main Street. Love this sizzling crepe!
This is a perfect place to relax and have a really good bowl of pho. It's a really cool old house with good vibes converted into a restaurant. It's right on main st with outdoor seating good for people watching
We were blown away with how delicious our order was! We tried the rocket prawns (my favorite), the crispy noodles and combo pho. Everything was so tasty and I can’t wait to go back! The service was kind and quick as well. I like that there’s indoor abs outdoor seating, cute location too.
This place is awesome and their pho broth is magical. Seriously, I have some decent stomach issues and after a flair up this Pho is one of the only things that can get my stomach feeling normal again. IT IS MAGIC! Also their other food is pretty good too, I have yet to order something that I didn't like or was even disappointed in.
