A hidden gem. Though everything I ordered was quite good, I recommend getting the appetizer sampler. It will give you a good variety of things and let you decide what else you might like to try.

Food was great, except the egg was burnt. The service guys were rude and don’t know how to hold plates of food

I come here all the time, but lately, it's been lacking. The salad rolls the last time I was here hardly had anything in them, and they normally have large shrimp; it barely had two small ones. Service on the weekends when the owners aren't there is subpar. The kids just kept talking to each other. I ordered chicken pho with quail eggs, which is a huge part of the meal. They didn't add them, so I asked about it, and then they told me they were out. I told them that was the reason I ordered it, for that. The kid said, "Oh, sorry," and walked off. I ordered extra limes and got one. I tried to get their attention to get more, but nothing happened. I ordered pickled green onions that they offer as a side and had to ask to get that. They didn't offer to see if I wanted something else because I would have gotten something else if I had known one of the main ingredients was missing. I had to ask for a discount for a meal I wouldn't have ordered. I still ended up spending over $16 and taking it to go without eating it.

Stopped here while staying in Vancouver.
The food was good, the server was quick, soup was a little bland but there was seasoning and some hot sauce on the table to make up for it.

Went for the Pho but sadly it wasnt really up to standards. Small meat portions. Broth was still flavorful but compared to others it was alright. Service was okay. The one thing that is cool is the space but for food specifically just for pho. There are other places better.
Just going off of the Pho i got the P1. If you are particular with Pho like me, i think you can find better. However, if you haven’t eaten pho before im sure this will definitely satisfy. I do wish the meat portion was a little bigger. The broth was enough, but i think it could be better. I don’t know if i would come back for pho but im willing to try the other dishes.

Seafood pho, don't order it. One shrimp, one mussel, one mushy fake crab meat and 3 meatballs, bland. $17, really?

Their service on takeout orders is hit or miss in terms of quality and completeness, and they are blase when called out on their mistakes. They're banned for life in my book.

After eating several American meals, he began to miss Asian food. This one was not far from the hotel, so he decided it was the one for him.
At first, I actually ordered P4 (pork Vietnamese pho) with the mentality that Vietnamese restaurants in the United States should be very ordinary. When I took the first bite of pho, I thought it was okay. Then I took a sip of soup and fell in love with its fresh and sweet soup. , I ate the whole bowl in an instant until not even a drop of soup was left. I couldn’t tell whether I was too hungry or because I was eating familiar food. In short, I really like this restaurant.
