We ate here so many times this fall and winter loved it, until tonight. Im so irritated now that I have wasted so much money on this place. The food was obviously decent we like their avocado shakes and special pho and the atmosphere was nice, even if it was not as well cleaned as it should be. Tonight the place was being run by three teenagers one girl and two males who talked loud, flirted non-stop and made fun of the customers including our son. The cake topper was when my boyfriend heard one of the boys use the Mexican slang word for vagina while talking to his co-worker/friend. They pretty much shooed us out the door, leaving the check with us almost right after we got our food, didn't refill water and when I walked up to the counter to get some.... the girl brought me water and asked if we wanted boxes when we obviously weren't done. They pumped up the volume of the music like it was a club. I'm all for good music but when going to a place like this you come to expect a certain atmosphere. So done with this place.

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs, and they'll let you add extra meat to plates if you share with your kiddos. I took my toddler in, and they offered me a small plate of veggies sliced up just for them. I definitely appreciated that!
The food and service here are so wonderful! I’ve loved the tofu vermicelli bowl incredibly and our family also adores the pad thai noodles. The portions are very generous & delicious, and everyone at the restaurant has been so kind. Can’t wait to return for another meal!

I love coming by here - it's my now go-to for Bun Bo Hue since Pho 777 got a bit too oily for me. It's in my hood and the service is wonderful! I had an issue at work and had to get on wifi and they're so helpful and I didn't feel rushed at all. I like their pho as well - the only reason not for the 5 stars is their banh mi's could be better.

P3 Medium Rare steak pho is some of the best broth I've had in a long time. So authentic and cozy, you'll never want to finish the bowl! The portions are also great and pretty large!
My favorite pho spot in Vancouver. This location stays fairly busy (good sign), but the service is still quick! The quality of the food is consistently delicious and the service is great. The atmosphere here is better than any other pho place I have experienced in the PDX area.

I am obsessed with fire and have eaten at almost every pho restaurant here in Vancouver. I eat for most likely at a different restaurant at least once a week. I ordered an a P one with extra meatballs when I got it I did not receive the extra meatballs on my receipts. I was showing extra meatballs and there’s it shows something else. When I opened up my phone, I had literally three cut pieces of meatball. That was it not even a whole meatball just three little pieces of meatball in my thing. The other meat that I got was literally to thin pieces. lean brisket and that was it. I did not receive any chili sauce or anything like that except for the what I called purple sauce. When I called to let them know about the order, she argued back with me that her receipts showed something different. Normally it wouldn’t be a big deal as if I would had my other meatballs but the picture I am showing I have never received this amount of meatballs and any other fuss I have over ordered. I would recommend checking out another for venue as they have more for your bang for your buck for $17. I really am not impressed. Again I have never seen just to three tiny cut pieces no matter where I have ordered. There was no need to try to make it correct to say hey do you want to come pick up a side of meatballs real quick cause I only live a couple minutes away they were not trying to fix or come up with any type of solution. I let Uber eats know the situation, and they were willing to take and fix it right away. I almost never leave reviews but this time I felt like this was slightly crazy not to you again. I would recommend checking out some of the other pho places around this area as you’ll get more for your buck. It won’t let me add one on Yelp

We found Pho Vi Van by chance awhile ago and last night was our third time dining there. It was just so good! The staff and the owner are so friendly. They were busy but always courteous to us. We live in Oregon but will dine here as much as possible.
