Delivered cold food after 90 minutes, would not refund or replace, upon entering store to pursue refund through insistent demands for a refund, the employee decided to put her dirty, bare hands directly on my food and then literally press slices of pizza directly to the floor, continuing to refuse refund or replacement.Employee used information from the order to harass me after they got off of their shift.GM refuses to hear a word.Escalated to corporate and the FTC for the abuse of personal information.

Avoid this place at all cost unless you enjoy burnt food, incompetentcy and multitudes of homeless drug addicts asking you for everything you have worked your entire life for in the parking lot, once going in, once going out.

Delivery was at least 11 minutes later than the tracking showed it being delivered. The pizza was cold, the ingredients were sparse and cut up too little to get a good taste of anything. It tasted and felt old.

I ordered a pizza for pick-up on the 24th and when I got home it looked less then appetizing. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with green peppers. There was hardly any sauce on the pizza and the peppers were burnt.So I called and let them know how I felt. They apologized and said they would remake it for free. So the 2nd I pizza ? looked alot better. So as far as pizza hut goes I might look else where for the time being. Until I decide to try them again

Folks, reel it in... hang on. This is Pizza Hut, this isn't a locally owned-and-operated pizza joint. This is literally a chain. They're not special, they're one OF a million... not one IN a million. You write these passionate reviews like you're surprised they're delivery is late, they're short-staffed, they got your order wrong. Your review are ridiculous, it's like expecting good customer service at W-Mart. It doesn't exist. Same with Pizza Hut, they're a chain, they employ high school students, and pay them minimum wage.::WHEW:: Now that we're past that... we've had a couple lovely experiences with this Pizza Hut. We're usually accustomed to a not-so-great experience but this location has proven themselves worth of a great review. We ordered a couple weeks ago and they were timely, on-point for price, and delivered 3 minutes earlier than their estimate.Thanks, Pizza Hut of Vancouver. We appreciate you.Vegetarian options: Plenty to chose from

The food was over 20 minutes late, the manager Nicole stated that she has taken measures to make sure the food comes hot and that's why it is late. The food did not arrive hot, it arrived at room temperature and 20 minutes late. Highly disappointing for a $30 pizza, do not go here.

Ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks, wings, and soda. Order arrived and 1 pizza was completely wrong. Called store, guy who answered said it was made right. Explained what pizza we ordered versus what we received. He said we received someone else's pizza. He offered $20 credit. We asked for right pizza to be sent. Another driver called 30min later saying we gave the wrong address. Tried to explain we did not or we would not have received 1st order. He continued to argue. Met him downstairs and again tried to explain we did not give wrong address he just did not follow GPS properly. He began walking away saying "I need to get back to work dude". Called store and spoke with "manager" who said "I can't do anything about that" and "It sounds like a misunderstanding", "I don't know what you want me to do about it". Asked for owners name and was told "I can't give you that information. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXTREMELY RUDE, WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN!

Best pizza in a long time. Ordered from the app and 40 minutes later a perfect pizza, piping hot. Wow was it good! Delivered to our hotel room door. Lots of text message updates along the way. Better pizza and delivery than I expected.

Horrible customer service,inside of the store is filthy (black mold etc etc). And the pizza was probably the worst pizza I've ever had. I would definitely not advice or recommend this place. I'll never go back.

Idiots. Placed order at 6:10pm. Not here by 7:10pm. Called. “Please hold…click.” Was on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up. Called back. Stopped the guy from putting me on hold again. “Oh, your pizza is still here. We had a manager quit. It’s chaos.” Not my problem. “We don’t have any drivers. I’ll call Door Dash and comp your pizza.” 7:50 pm. Pizza finally arrived. Won’t make a difference to this corporate giant, but they’ve lost my future business. Idiots.
